Polyclinic of the time before our era: a stroller on a narrow corridor, we leave it on the street near the entrance or under a small canopy if there is enough space, under a canopy there is room for 3-4 strollers, provided that no one has tied a bicycle. Large bicycles are constantly tied up. The question is what...? A children's clinic, and someone puts adult bicycles.
Good health to all! The staff does not always fully communicate the information. Perhaps this is a common problem of government agencies... The specialists work in different ways: literate, semi-literate, honest and crafty. The attitude is generally friendly and correct (+/-98%). The waiting time for the reception is blatant roulette or shamelessness, there is no order and punctuality.
I would like to mention a good young general practitioner Yarulina, very attentive, patient, a specialist in "her place".

The building has already morally outlived its usefulness, a total reconstruction is needed. The doctors are very friendly and attentive, it's a pity that they have to work in such conditions
They measured the pressure 180/120, I tell them I have low blood pressure all my life, as a result, the device turned out to be defective, but I think what grandfather jumped out in front of me like scalded from the office probably ran to lower the pressure.
It got a little better a couple of months ago, new doctors, a surgeon and a therapist, young guys, but they are trying, in the future there will be good doctors with experience
The therapist Mikhailenko, queues are kilometers long, the doctor spends a lot of time on extraneous conversations. It's time to retire. I want to change the precinct officer.
Terrible attitude towards people , they don 't do their job , they are rude , there are no tests on time , apparently there is no justice for them either , after sitting in line for an hour and a half without results ! I want justice and punishment for not observing my work duties!
it may be a very old building, the staff is very pleasant and very competent. I very rarely encounter queuing (except for seasonal ones). statements, tests—we will not try with this. even at FGDS, I was lucky to get a ticket the very next day. I would like the staff to have more pleasant working conditions.
The impressions were not very good. They did not go to the doctors because they did not live at the address. But they came to get vaccinated against covid. They were met with discontent and asked why they did not go to their own. They waited a long time, snapped at questions. We won't go there anymore.
It requires repair both from the outside and inside, there is not enough space for all specialists, when you go inside it seems that this is a rural polyclinic (although on the other hand everything is atmospheric).
Terrible service, doctors take a very long time, I came with a friend to pick up the discharge, we sat for 1.5 hours and did not take it away. We came the next day in the morning brazenly went into the office and announced to the doctor that yesterday we sat for 1.5 hours near the door but never got to the reception, which touches the building and inside it is generally terrible I went to this clinic when I was still 8 years old, 20 years have passed and Absolutely nothing has changed at all, everything is old like the 90s, but now it's not the 90s and funds are allocated for repairs, well, apparently they haven't reached there in 20 years,
When you enter the clinic, you get the feeling that you got to the USSR))) it seems that little has changed in it since that time. The staff is polite, it is a pity that there are no doctors of all specialties available.
The disgusting attitude of the heads of the doctor to people, the woman sat with acute pain to the surgeon from 13:00 The heads of the doctor at 14:00 gathered a meeting and she sat for 2 hours until 15:20.It is probably worth collecting meetings and bringing information to the medical team in the morning when there are no people to see .They just didn 't give a damn , they called for a doctor , so someone didn 't come to us .
It's just awful. There are no doctors, queues of 3 kilometers. The attitude is terrible. They impose routine procedures, but they don't even move for free. Repair of the catostrophe. What is it worth to walk to the restroom (WC). From the 1st floor, go up to the second, go through the 2nd floor completely and then go down to the first. The way back is the same, because in the middle they decided to close it on one side
the most clumsy clinic in my opinion.there is no queue for coupons.several times I wanted to take a ticket to the therapist in a day and they say that there are no coupons even for 2 days. The therapist sees you only until 12.00.this is her work schedule and everyone has everything to one place...and no one has done repairs since the 50s!
It's time to demolish this clinic before it falls apart. There are no doctors, no conditions. How many institutions still have a place to be.This is the 18th century.
I put 5. For some reason, I get through to the registry (well, not the first time, the second time for sure), the doctors are good, but please install a terminal - many have cards and if you need to pay for something, then only cash goes! I was doing a revaccination and needed a certificate. The ATM next to the clinic was not working. And so everything is gorgeous, even though the building is old.
There are doctors, after visiting whom, you really regret that you turned to the polyclinic. And anyway.. It's time to make repairs in this institution.
The fish rots from the head, and specifically from the head. The staff is normal, with a few exceptions. The workload for the entire staff is huge, I have much less at work, and you??? Put yourself in their place, everyone has their own personal life.
3 stars for the fact that the clinic is located in an old building, you have to climb a very steep staircase to the second floor, as well as due to the lack of access.tools. In general, the impression from the staff is positive, a very attentive and friendly nurse in the physical room. For the last time, in the morning (about 10 o'clock) dispensers with dez.The rooms at the entrance and near the laboratory were empty.
An old building and terrible nurses. We came to get vaccinated against covid. In room 25 (otorhinolaryngologist), where we were sent, there was a terrible nurse who, instead of telling us to go out and give her tea, wrote the certificate incorrectly, which almost injected the second component of the vaccine. They ignored all the questions and pretended not to notice.
It's just awful! They sent me from work to the clinic with a fever and cough, they checked me for a dump and told me what pills to drink! As a result, they were sent back to work, I don't know how to work!(
The building is old, I agree, but the VRA, and the wonderful ones, especially the young ones, temporarily did not do X-rays, she took in floor 1 and, moreover, called first of all her own from floor 4
The nurses are responsive, cultured, I have been served with rudeness for 10 years, I am grateful to the staff,
they are always attentive and responsive.
,
The most terrible place. Doctors are constantly changing, there is a large staff turnover.... But there is only one chief physician....make your own conclusion.

I have been treated in this clinic for about 4 years. I really like that there are no long queues. This is probably the only advantage of this clinic.
Half of the doctors are not there, from the word at all, they are sent to the first polyclinic. Outpatient cards are stored in different places, some locally, some in an oncological dispensary, which is extremely inconvenient.
5 stars for the doctors, especially the neurologist - very attentive and competent. And the building of the polyclinic does not even pull for 2, in a very deplorable condition.
It's just a horror it's not possible to get through to the reception. Either it's busy, or no one is picking up the phone. When you make comments in response, they can still be rude
Both employees and visitors evoke sympathy and pity! It's the 21st century on the street, and the clinic could be the setting for a 19th century TV series.
