There are a million trash stories with this clinic, and one conclusion is that you should not mess with it. Any disease (past the common cold) will not be cured, they will only spread their hands. I can't say anything about the treatment of colds either, how many times I tried to get to the doctor - it turned out only once, otherwise I took it at my own expense. Once I decided to get an appointment, got drunk on antipyretics and served two and a half hours, to which they told me: no fever (37.5) - no sick leave. Thank you for your attention)
A good polyclinic, personal as a personal, they know their business, here as in other medical institutions, if they treat the medical staff like human beings, then they treat you like human beings.
I want to complain to polyclinic number 5, and specifically to the therapist Litvinchuk L.S. for her non-professional and cholatic treatment and attitude to patients, to a person who has not recovered, who was on sick leave for the seventh day, referring to the fact that there is no fever, but with wild coughing fits and a hoarse voice -to close the sick list is the peak of everything !!!!! If they do not take action, I will complain to my superiors !!!!
Such a clinic should be closed. There are no specialists, therapists are not educated, and I am generally silent about the registry, the boors are solid, I will never get through on the phone, there is either no appointment with doctors yet or there is no more. If it is possible to contact another healthcare institution, I strongly recommend it!

This is not a clinic, but the Middle Ages. The clinic of my childhood, and so far nothing has changed much there. Doctors are all retired. Young people come, at best, they will finalize it before maternity leave and leave. As always, it is a problem to get through to the reception. Once I had to order a ticket, I called for 4 hours, and no one answered. It wasn't even occupied. As a result, I went by myself, and I'm watching the picture. A watchman (security) and a receptionist are sitting and having a nice conversation. I didn't interrupt their conversation. And she went to the wardrobe and started calling (to check what was the matter, why no one was answering the phone). And again there was silence, there was not even a bell at the reception. When I went to the window and asked what was wrong with the phone, and I called them, that's when the receptionist picked up the phone, looking into my eyes. It turns out that they turn off the sound in the device, and the light is flashing. And they decide whether to answer or not. Of course, in the morning I called the head, she promised beautifully that she would have a conversation. But it's all like water off a goose. Someone's in-laws' daughters-in-law work in this clinic. And the nurses feel like just a deputy head. Their working day lasts up to 14 hours, at best. And where is the head looking?! Is this a discipline? Is this an order? It was and will be a complete mess until there is a strict and demanding head in this clinic.
It's just terrible. The doctors there are rude and ill-mannered. The phrase "this is your problem , do what you want" is just great . The registrar is the same . In my opinion, everyone there thinks that they are the most important people in the city.
Normal. The registrar wishes to be the best. Sometimes you run around the offices empty. One question for Natalia Alexandrova Krasnobaeva's husband, what is she doing there?. One day I had to turn to her. I felt like an alien who accidentally flew into her office. She does not understand Russian, and simple conversion has become an unsolvable task for her. According to her profile. Thanks to the head of the clinic
There are constant problems at the reception: they will lose the card, then they will forget to take it to the office... They chat among themselves about personal matters, they are rude. While you get the ticket, you will listen to all the news. During an appointment in the doctor's office, there is a passageway. Everyone comes in who is not lazy. Whether you're naked or not, no one cares. Young people (doctors) do not leave the Internet. It's scary to go there.
I came to an appointment with an optometrist on time. There is a small child at home. I'm on the minute. I went into the office, she came out with a cup of tea to meet me and said, they say, wait outside the door, I just made tea for myself.
I think that the level of this institution corresponds to the downtrodden rural area of the Belarusian wilderness, lost among the swamps - both in terms of the condition of the building and equipment. As for the staff? Corresponds to the above.
As if they are not working in the 21st century, the law is not written here, they do what they want, and everything is like water off a goose, no one complains, everyone is satisfied, I am amazed...
The service of the guests is like in Soviet times in a pub. 21st century and nothing changes. It takes a lot of time to get into the office. The queues have been there for 20 years and have remained
