The clinic is excellent, newly renovated, there is an elevator, the only thing that is confusing is the mess with queues, when you take a ticket for a certain date and time, but in fact you come there, the crowd is not allowed without coupons, motivating that the queue is "alive",
I have been going to this clinic for more than 20 years. A terrible clinic and doctors without qualifications. They always lose tests and attribute them to sores that we don't have. Always sitting in line, even if it's scheduled a week in advance.
I've only been there once. But I really liked it. Responsive staff. I even wrote a thank you note to the receptionist. I forgot her name. She did not respond to a business remark with aggression, on the contrary, she quickly corrected everything proposed with one call. She was so young, but she quickly corrected the mistake, which you won't see in other government organizations. If everyone in Kazakhstan worked like this, I can imagine how Kazakhstan would quickly change for the better.
In some organizations, civil servants respond as if they came to their home, and not to a state institution. there is no culture of behavior!!!
And in this organization I felt the order. Thank you.
