I read the reviews. There is too much whining from,, professional,, fans of sick leave. A normal person comes to the clinic two or three times a year. But the reviews mention numerous parishes in the polyclinic,, reviewers,,. In December 19, I came to do a fluorography. Friday night. Everything is in place. The doctor, the nurse. Done, deciphered...,, Go to the therapist, you have problems,.. Came. They did a cardiogram. A heart attack. Right now, at this minute. In the procedures. They stuffed me with pills and injections. I'm waiting for transportation to the hospital. Result. They saved me. I came at 18, and at 22.05 I was already lying on the operating table. It's just that the professional, competent, non-lazy attitude of the clinic's doctors saved my life. Therefore, I do not believe in the reluctance of doctors to work. Thank you, I'm alive!

I sat in the pre-hospital room for 2 hours just to get a discharge of vaccinations. But it turned out that this was not all. The certificate had to be signed by the head of the therapeutic department, allegedly "without waiting in line." Which turned out to be a lie. 35 people under the office of the head of coupons, just on sick leave and people like me, who also "just sign" - a separate queue. No one lets you into the office without a queue, even just to ask. You have to stand like everyone else. The medical worker of the 12th office is a rare boor, is surprised and complains that it is not possible to sign the document. The result is 3 hours of wasted time, a certificate without a seal and signature. It's a terrible clinic. There is something to compare it with. It was serviced in 3 others. This one is the most disintegration. With the change of the head physician, it became disgusting.

The most disgusting place, near the therapist's office you can die, there is always one doctor for the entire department, an hour is allocated for sick leave, 30 people are on sick leave (1 person takes 15 minutes, this is at least), then they run screaming on coupons and endless swearing and arguments begin! There is no order, the doctor himself, in principle, will not move, all the work in the office itself is going at a snail's pace.... It is better not to go there!

The hospital with covid was opened by phone. The doctors didn't even come. Then there were problems with the closure of the hospital. I asked to add a card to the database three times, but they didn't do it. I am very glad that I am no longer served in this clinic.

You will take tests for free, you will get to the doctor by appointment, you will undergo procedures. Ultrasound is available for free. As well as in all polyclinics of the city of Minsk! If you want a special attitude and mega-knowledge of doctors in a certain area, then you need to go to paid, highly specialized centers. And the attitude of the staff is a reflection of the attitude of the patients, if the patient bursts into the office and starts yelling, threatening, complaining to all authorities from the threshold, then thanks to him, he and all other patients receive the same message from the staff.
