The medical worker of the 12th office is a rare boor, is surprised and complains that it is not possible to sign the document. The result is 3 hours of wasted time, a certificate without a seal and signature. It's a terrible clinic. There is something to compare it with. It was serviced in 3 others. This one is the most disintegration. With the change of the head physician, it became disgusting.

Terrible clinic, I had a medical examination for work for 20 days. In the pre-medical office, they did not write half of the tests that needed to be done, which had to be completed as a result when I came for a conclusion. It is almost impossible to get into the offices because of the queues.

The hospital with covid was opened by phone. The doctors didn't even come. Then there were problems with the closure of the hospital. I asked to add a card to the database three times, but they didn't do it. I am very glad that I am no longer served in this clinic.

The clinic frankly sucks.
Doctors are half an hour late, they see people for 20-25 minutes.
Of the 3 therapists, one works, and all people are sent to one office.
Also, they did not want to take tests for covid, although they did not smell and had a fever for two days.
I strongly advise against it.
Let the Ministry of Health better monitor their work.

There is no sensible leader, everything is at the level of the last century, a shortage of competent personnel, loss of cards, admission by district doctors is usually two to three hours of waiting...regardless of the time of the ticket...

A moronic clinic. I came with a temperature, the temperature check room is closed. They shied away from me as if I were the plague. They were sent to the general office, when people began to be indignant, they went to look for the keys to the temperature room. The doctor did not listen to my lungs, made a couple of notes on a leaf, duplicated the information from my leaflet and sarcastically wished me good luck.
A normal, standard polyclinic in the old district. Registration - cards are constantly being lost, this process needs to be debugged somehow!!! You will take tests for free, you will get to the doctor by appointment, you will undergo procedures. Ultrasound is available for free. As well as in all polyclinics of the city of Minsk! If you want a special attitude and mega-knowledge of doctors in a certain area, then you need to go to paid, highly specialized centers. And the attitude of the staff is a reflection of the attitude of the patients, if the patient bursts into the office and starts yelling, threatening, complaining to all authorities from the threshold, then thanks to him, he and all other patients receive the same message from the staff.
It's an old cramped building, it's better not to go there in winter, there's a carriage full of grannies, you can easily stand in queues for a couple of hours.
It could have been much better, but this can be said about our entire medicine in general. The clinic eats up your time completely, they can "kick" from one doctor to another, so as not to achieve a result, if it says 17:00 in the coupon, then you need to be prepared for the fact that you will get to the doctor at 18:30...
I opened a sick leave in the office for those with fever, without waiting in line, a sensible doctor who does not prescribe antibiotics thoughtlessly.
And I closed it at the therapist on duty, because the precinct is on vacation. I sat in line for 4 (!) hours.
