It's a mess, and neither the doctor nor the nurse are in control. You mostly get to the other specialists on your own time.
New clinic - there is a new clinic. It is bright, spacious and cozy. It is much more pleasant to sit in a queue on a cozy upholstered chair than on Soviet pieces of wood.
A huge plus for the pediatrics department is the large changing tables with upholstered upholstery. 2 children can easily fit, there is no need to queue "for a changing table".
As for the work of the medical staff, the reception is fast and efficient, polite.

To which the medical registrar replied that, actually, you had a therapist. It's a very interesting story, it turns out with calling a therapist at home on Saturday. You're basically at home, but you're not really there.

The infectious disease specialist is a terrible boor. Instead of a normal relationship, I received a lot of insults, and I was discussed for ten minutes in the next office. They told me, and I quote, "Why did you come here at all? You're faking, out, people come, that's really bad for them." Well, yes, indeed, what is it that I, with a fever that does not subside, with chills, with aching bones, with a cough and other "wonderful" symptoms of covid and pneumonia, came to the clinic for help.
The first doctor listened to me and said that the lungs were clean. Gritting her teeth, she sent for an X-ray and took a covid test, as a result: pneumonia and covid.
Then I sat in line in a pre-selection state for two hours waiting for another treatment to be prescribed so that a doctor friend would be accepted out of turn instead of me👏 Well, I was also scolded for asking if there were any more doctors here. As a result, this, already another doctor, listened to me again, and oh my God, it turns out I already have wheezing! And what, I'm afraid to ask, did the first doctor listen to me with? Professionalism is on the level, there are simply no words. Disgusting doctors, and the worst thing is that this is not the first time.
If you don't want to spoil your mood, and most importantly, your health (and it's easy in this clinic), then don't come here.

3. Well, my personal attitude to the storage of medical cards (((I belong to the polyclinic at the place of residence, I live in another area. The medical card is located in the outpatient clinic at the place of residence, in order to get to the specialists, you need to go to the outpatient clinic for the card and then to the polyclinic. After an appointment with a specialist, the card is taken back to the outpatient clinic. And as a result, the card with 20 years of records, examinations (many paid), was LOST.
