Recently, I had to find out for myself what kind of polyclinic No. 7 is.
I came to my clinic to get a certificate of vaccination (which was a month ago). As a result, it turned out that I was not in the database, and I needed to call to be added. I'm calling all three numbers, no one answers, I had to go there. I arrive and it started, the registry was sent to a friend's registry, which is located on the other side of the building and the entrance is across the street. From there, they are sent further in the other direction to office No. 107. They looked at me like an idiot and sent 130 and 132 to the office saying that they were doing this. And there, at 30 minutes of waiting for a doctor who sees only one, they send office No. 131. As a result, it turned out that I did not have time to go to office No. 131 for 15 minutes because it works until 11 a.m. and from 16 to 18 p.m. In fact, I was kicked around these offices for almost 1 hour.
Looking at the clock on which it is already about 11 o'clock in the afternoon, I no longer saw the point of waiting for 16 o'clock, since they will kick at different offices again. I decide to go to the authorities, I come to the registry and ask who I can talk to from the authorities so that I can finally be added to this fucking vaccination database. And then the nurse leaves, putting up a lunch sign and saying that she has a technical break!!! Realizing that I'm already restraining myself so as not to injure someone, I go out on the street and call my boss for Labor Protection. I tell the situation and they poison me home with the words that I'm not the only one, and they'll figure it out. After that, it was only a week later that they added me to the database!!! Although they are obliged to add all this to the database within 5-7 days after the second vaccination (I learned this already in my clinic).
But it didn't end there either, they added me to the database but didn't add the doctor who did it) it's good that the person who makes these certificates called someone to change the database and add a doctor, since changes are possible only in the clinic where they added to the database.
With the new head, everything began to change for the better. The staff is trying hard. However, there are not enough specialized specialists, as everywhere else.
