I had a clear appointment schedule, I took an online ticket, but I couldn't get in without a referral, I had to write an application and sign it with the head.I went in with the next patient (not in the middle of the appointment!!), but the head probably had a crown grown. "Get out and come in with the next one!' And what will change? Or will they kick me off with the next patient after a few people wait for the head to be in the mood to give 2 seconds?The procedure for actions is not clearly outlined, after how many patients should I go in? Occupy a common queue? Go only after all the people who have a ticket? And anyway, why should I go in with the next patient instead of this one?The patient's appointment has not started yet, we went in at the same time. What kind of humiliation is this? Wait for the manager's good mood? Maybe after spending the nth amount of time there, you will also be refused admission? I was planning to make an appointment at the time indicated on the ticket. With all this running and writing, time passed, I just went out and went home. And then you don't have to shout in all the newspapers that healthcare is only for the birth rate and does everything for it, it's a whole circus to get there! It turned out to be an epic story for working people with endocrinological problems to get an appointment. But for certain people who abuse different things, the doors are always and everywhere open, and without any paperwork. Thanks, I'd rather save up some money and go to a paid center. In response to my request, the issue was not disclosed at all. The problem with the order of admission in such cases was solved or not, but attention was actively focused, standing without a referral. If they won't accept a person without a referral, say so right away, and don't drive them around the offices and take up people's time.

I applied there with a well-described and studied problem for all Western and even Russian medicine, but they only dragged their time and appointed a republican council, as a result, I spat on these miracle doctors and am now successfully undergoing treatment in another clinic.
