From the good: the guys at the reception are responsive and the view from the terrace is not bad. That's all.
From the bad: the room got damp, cleaning is not carried out at all, there are layers of dust and dirt under the beds. There is mold in the bathroom. We warmed up all the time only with the help of an air conditioner, which worked strangely: at 30 degrees, cold air was blowing (maybe I didn't figure it out..). There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room, but there was toilet paper and soap. The refrigerator is covered in mold. Of course, I understand that this hotel is not a five-star hotel, but basic things must be done.
For the first time I flew abroad with a child, I did not immediately read the reviews, but in vain. If you are not a grouch, then you can spend the night. But you can't come here with children!
This is the most terrible place I've been in my life!!!! A roadside motel for truckers somewhere near Pskov is a 5-star hotel compared to this bottom. Don't believe a single photo. None of this is true. A black toilet, dirt on the floor, a layer of dust on the headboard of the bed, a footprint on the ceiling!!! It is impossible to enter the shower, firstly, it is dirty, and secondly, when the shower is turned on, water pours from anywhere but from a watering can. Towels have not seen a single woman ..., face. I bought new ones, these can only be put under my feet. There's someone else's hair everywhere. I prayed for only one thing, that the bed linen would be washed. But outwardly it seemed to look clean, although I slept as dressed as possible. Breakfast!!!! A separate story! A veranda with a super view of the Golden Horn, the Galata Tower, the seagulls. Beauty! That's it! At breakfast:olives, with a very strange smell, pickled cheese, which is not possible to eat, ham, boiled eggs, cucumbers, well, Jam, butter in a box. The cheapest instant coffee, which is carefully poured into some dirty jar, tea bags. Paper machines, stirrer sticks, there is no question of devices. It's unnecessary. There is also a pile of garbage from the same paper cups in the corner on this highway. None of the staff is embarrassed by this. The tables and chairs are all tired, it seems that they have seen Sultan Suleiman. There are traces of seagulls' digestion on them, no one washes this either. You can wipe it yourself with saliva and a napkin, or sit in the poop. It's all so terrible... They don't get away from the word at all! The location itself is very good. Everything is within walking distance: Galata Bridge, marina, tram stop, bazaar, Sultan Ahmet, Blue Mosque. But I do not recommend living in this place to anyone!!!!! I did not expect that this could be seen anywhere! I lived on the next street in a hotel of the same class-cleanliness, order, excellent breakfast.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!! The photo does not correspond to reality, I do not understand how you can write that the hotel is good, but not for those who like cleanliness. When it was probably not bad, with basic cleaning, you can close your eyes to a lot of things. But the fact that in reality it is a horror, I want to believe that the bed linen is made clean. A layer of dust on the bedside table (the only one), protruding wires, the only working outlet, a shower hanging on a string, mold and stench in the bathroom....
The hotel is located in the bazaar, the shutters start to open at seven in the morning, the noise is din, you will not get enough sleep.
We went to the veranda located on the roof, we could sit, sea view, but alas.. there are cigarette butts on the tables, chairs are torn, cleaning is not carried out. There are guest cloths lying on the floor, drying on the dryer.
Yes, we also came not to sit in the room and not sleep, but still we want basic cleanliness.
I hope the owner of this place reads the reviews! Hire proper maids, clean the walls, put the hotel in order.
