I handed it over to the group. Due to the coronavirus, you can only go with an employee. There are devices for internal communication and phone lists nearby. I called, met, and conducted. I passed it. Received. There is no red tape. One of the best state institutions visited recently in terms of organizing their work.

There are adequate inspectors, but mostly malicious letter-eaters who do not know at all how construction and operation are going on, and who are very much afraid of their leadership, and therefore require paperwork for a tick.
