The story is this: an elderly man (a grandfather over 80 years old) needed a Windows license renewal service. It took a long time to find a performer. And so we found this one. The dispatcher girl determined the cost of services in the area up to 50 rubles. We ordered a service. On the website of the "organization" it is indicated that the master agrees on the price of the service after diagnosis. The "master" has arrived. He slapped the keyboard, did something. And I rolled out the cost without any agreement at 265 rubles. Moreover, half fell on the "installation of drivers" - 122 rubles (!). My grandfather had to give all his money for this "service". My attempts to get an explanation about the services provided did not lead to anything. The girl kept saying in a plastic voice that the client had agreed, so there were no problems. Here is such a "service".
