Hello everyone. My review will be long, but honest and will let you know that you should not go to this guest house for a vacation. And so in May 2023, my wife and I buy a ticket to the Pegasus tour agency to relax in Abkhazia in the city of Gagra. While we were crossing the border, then we took a transfer to the Dynasty Guest house, the time was 01:10. We were brought to the gates of this Dynasty guest house, located at 44 Sayat Nova Street, Gagra. But the gate was closed, and no one opened the intercom. We called for 10-15 minutes, but no one came to the intercom. I already felt that something was not clean here. I've already started kicking at the goal. But there is no reaction. Then a young red-haired local guy ran up from the street and asked: what happened? I tell him we arrived at the hotel, but they won't open for us, he dialed the code on the intercom, and we went in. And that's where the fun begins.
Inside this guest house, we were met by a maid (most likely) and looked at our documents for settling into the house for a long time. Then she tells us that there are NO rooms available)) Of course, like any normal person, I got stuck there and started talking in raised tones. Then some guy came up, like a local kebab shop, went around the corner, from there asked the girl (the maid) to give him a voucher for check-in and tells her (in a whisper so that we wouldn't hear, but my wife was standing next to me and heard everything), and where does it even say that they should check into our guest room A house? She showed him, and they (the maid and this guy) walked away and quickly agreed on something. They put forward this version to us after the conversation. That's literally how the family left this room an hour ago and they didn't have time to prepare it for us, they broke something there and the room will be ready only tomorrow. But we already understand that this is just nonsense. They tell us that they will now call us a taxi and send us to another hotel for the night. If we like it there, then we can stay there. Well, we waited for a taxi, got in and drove off. The taxi driver turned out to be very humane, we told him this story, he was shocked by it, but said that he would not leave us on the street anyway, if even now there are no places in this hotel where we are going, then he will place us wherever. We arrive at this hotel, I do not remember what it is called, the time is 02:00, a sleepy man opens the door to us, we explain the situation to him, he will not understand anything and goes to wake up the hotel administrator. A female receptionist comes and says that she received a call, but it seems like they agreed for tomorrow, but still invites her to go to the hotel and see the available rooms. There were no available rooms.)))) But she kindly gave us her room, and she went to sleep in the hotel lobby, on the sofa. We went to bed and in the morning I went up to this administrator and asked what was going on here. She told me that these hotels, where we were and where we were supposed to stay, are rented by a girl Natalia, she is from Russia, in Abkhazia she rents them already at her own price. This situation happens to this tenant for an hour and a second. Then some other administrator arrived, a Russian, I don't remember her name, but now I understand that it was the same hostess, because she told us more than once that it wasn't her, she just helps, but then we saw her in the Dynasty), put us in a taxi and drove to the Dynasty Guest House. They settled us on the 4th floor in a room with one double bed and an armchair, and we bought a ticket to a three-seater (a double was enough for us, but the hotel, the tour operator replied that only 3-seater remained available, which was 11 thousand rubles more expensive, there was no choice anymore and we agreed). Of course, we started writing to our tour operator, she reacted quickly and sent us a correspondence with the hotel that the Dynasty guest house had all the same rooms (two-bed standard), to which our travel agent replied that there was a choice on the site (2x or 3x local) since all 2x local were occupied, the choice was without of choice). The hotel did not answer any more questions, today our travel agent is waiting for my wife and me to write a claim.
Further, it generally came to the ridiculous, I'm not exaggerating at all: The room stinks from the sewer, hot water is not clear how it is connected, it's just practically not there, although the water heater is small by 30 liters stood in our room, but most likely it is connected to the general hot water supply system for the guest house as a whole, on the fifth the day they came to our room to change the bed linen and clean, at that moment we went out onto the shared balcony and waited. Two women came to us, one of them aged, the second one who cleaned this room before our check-in and started cleaning, After 15 minutes, the younger one ran away from the room, and the one who was older called us and said that we broke the toilet flushing barrels and before they settled us We took photos of the room and everything was fine. Yes, indeed, the barrel was burst, and it had already been repeatedly sealed with something. I told her to bring the photos, and we'll see what date they were taken. But the photos were never brought. I think they breed so many tourists on this flushing barrel. (this is briefly about the service for a room for 136 thousand rubles in 9 days!!!!!) Or maybe it was a response to our demand for a refund of 11 thousand rubles per room. The night before departure, I went down to these maids and asked about tomorrow's transfer to the airport, and what do you think, she didn't find our last name, they just forgot about it, but after 10-15 minutes of phone conversations with someone, she informed me that tomorrow at 08:30 they would come for you. Yes, the transfer arrived on time.
Guys, I do not advise this guest house in any case, it really smells very strongly of sewage and in all rooms, there is no attitude towards people there at all, they do not behave there in any way, but as shitty directors, and this is from the cleaners to the owner of such behavior.

I regretted that I booked in this hotel. The shower didn't work, the room wasn't cleaned, you can hear all the neighbors, as if we all live in the same room. The food in the cafe is not delicious, and the prices are high.

We rested in Gagra in 2021 and 2022, we were delighted with this cafe and yesterday (04.07.2023. ) we stopped for lunch and were shocked, everything we bought tasted disgusting, I remember how delicious the drinks were, but now it's impossible to drink. Nice dining room! Sooner or later, "joints" become noticeable in any catering establishment. Of all the cafes on the seashore where we have eaten in various years, this dining room is very Good!!! And the staff and the cleanliness and quality of the dishes ( which I ordered ) at an excellent level.

That's where the good ends. What's wrong 1) The quality of Wi-Fi Internet is terrible by 3 points. 2) The quality of TV and channels is a hollow disgrace by 2 points. 3) The quality of food. The schedule indicates the start of work at 8:00, but this is not the case, they can open at 9:00. Kharcho soup, as it was served not a single gram salty and soup and meat. Compote is just a thinned slurry. The quality of the food is simply to be desired much better. We found a nearby dining room with a lower price tag and the food is varied and the quality surpasses the Dynasty. 4) The air conditioner in the room and not only ours, but also the neighbors on the 4th floor does not work during the day, it turns off all the time, it's just terrible. 5) The water is constantly running intermittently. They cook very tasty, at home. In many canteens, food is heated in microwaves, there are also heated pallets and always hot meals.! They also fed a 2-year-old child porridge here, ate it on both cheeks! The prices are adequate, the portions are large. The average bill for 2 adults with a child is 350-500 rubles.
She lived in the Dynasty in early August. The sea is nearby, but the passage to it is very dirty. There is a market nearby. Because of this, the noise and din and cars are constantly. The whole area is dirty. The hotel itself is pretty from the outside. But the rooms are tiny, the mattress is rumpled. The bathroom stinks all the time. Horror. For 7 days, no one changed the linen or cleaned the room. I asked for a broom and swept it myself. Of the good ones, the dining room is not bad in taste and price. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
