A very pleasant place for a seaside holiday in Ochamchyr is a great location in the city, close to the waterfront and shops. The houses are all new, perfectly clean, a shared kitchen with everything you need, a washing machine, a water cooler, a stove, a dining area with a barbecue, parking inside, round-the-clock video surveillance. Among the disadvantages of living - in the heat, the air conditioner could not cope with cooling due to the lack of thermal insulation in the walls and there was not enough closet for clothes, everything was stored in a bag, nothing fit in a small chest of drawers. Very friendly hosts, thanks for everything!

Super! New clean, wood-smelling houses) A shared kitchen with a cozy terrace for gatherings. On-site parking. Nice staff. We will come again)

We had a rest in August 2024. A cozy house. Bathroom in the house. There is a large summer kitchen with all necessary utensils and a terrace for relaxation. There is a washing machine. 3 min walk to the sea. There are shops and inexpensive cafes nearby.
Very good-natured hosts who are always in touch.

In general, everything is fine, we were out of season, so it was cold in the bathroom. Not far from the sea and the city center, there is a market nearby.
