A wonderful place! It is a 3-minute walk to the sea. Everything is clean. There is everything you need for cooking, as well as a refrigerator, washing machine, iron. There is free Wi-Fi (I was a little hung up in the evening). Most importantly, very good hosts! The child became ill at night, the hostess immediately came running and offered her help. She gave me pills, categorically refused money, said that if anything was needed, then it was time to inform her about it! The atmosphere is sincere. Nearby is a wonderful cafe "Golden Lion", where they cook very tasty food at reasonable prices. There is also a grocery store 1 minute from the hotel, a little further away is a chain grocery store (payment by card or cash).We had a rest in August 2023. I liked.

We arrived and were disappointed. According to the photo, one thing, but in fact another. Before she had time to check into the room, the hostess asked for payment for the entire period immediately (it can be seen that she constantly practices this). The prepayment for the day was made back in February. Upon inspection of the room, it turned out that the front door is skewed, the gap in the door is 2 cm, it is difficult to open, clings to the floor. The room is small, the furniture is shabby, the furniture is a bed, a chiffonier and two bedside tables are scary... They didn't even bother to sweep away a specific web. There are no mosquito nets on the windows and as a result, clouds of mosquitoes in the room. A bathroom with mold, old tiles. Disappointed, we went to look for another place to live. We found a very comfortable and cheaper one by 1.5 thousand rubles. An hour later, we notified the hostess that we refused to stay with her in such conditions and asked for a refund without prepayment. I returned the money with a big scandal minus 3 days of payment.

We drove along a wild route, stopped near the sea, went to a guest house, the hostess was friendly and kind. We rented a room for three days, stayed, and extended it for another five days. I like everything. The sea is a 3-minute walk slowly. The room has air conditioning. I definitely recommend it

We rested with the family twice, we were satisfied, yes, the rooms are not suites, but everything is clean, cozy, the prices are reasonable, the OWNERS are GENERALLY SWEET))) they meet any requests, they do not refuse anything! the sea is close, the cafe is close, I recommend it to everyone!

We have been vacationing since 2007, you won't find a better place the sea is 50 m, the cafe is 30 m, the owners are Volodya, Inga and the maid are super!!!

Clean, calm, friendly hosts.There are no interruptions to the water supply.
There is a wonderful cafe and shops nearby.

Old furniture. Doors with slits through which mosquitoes fly. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. And most importantly, the rooms stink of mold very much. I do not recommend it.
