Another disadvantage is that the tile in the room is very cold, and the bath is damp, but there is an electric dehumidifier!

I had a rest on 16.07-26.07. A very pleasant and cozy place. The hotel is on the second line, 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is a nice park nearby. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor there is a guest kitchen with everything you need. I would like to mention administrator Elena separately. Always in touch and always ready to help with taxi/sightseeing/vacation ideas. Abkhazia is definitely the place where every tourist can find entertainment to suit their taste.
Wishes: to improve the quality of general and wet frills, improve the quality of wi-fi in remote rooms, add face and foot towels to the service, install a smart TV set-top box for a TV* and install additional blinds on the door.
I was satisfied with my stay in the Fleece.

I really liked this small cozy hotel. They lived in August 2024. Comfortable rooms, TV and wi-fi. There are gazebos in the courtyard where you can sit, beautiful greenery. It is located in a beautiful place, very close to the sea. There is a delicious dining room nearby. Recommend 👍

Lovely guest house, close to the sea and there are various cafes/restaurants, shops and pharmacies nearby. The hotel itself is in very good condition, comfortable rooms, the administrator is a kind and helpful person who will always help and answer your question and request. On the territory there is a cat Luna (vislauhaya) host and a dog Lucky (Labrador), they do not bite, calm and quiet. The kitchen is well done (there are dishes and cutlery), a microwave and a stove (2 burners), an oven if you need and a refrigerator. The territory is cozy and comfortable. Each floor has its own style of rooms.

In general, it's not bad. We went on a Tour from the Priests. The price is overpriced purely because of the location in the city. It is located in a very convenient location, everything is in close access. We rested in the wonderful guest house Runo for 20 days. Good rooms with all amenities: working air conditioning, comfortable spacious beds, which is very important, there are nets on the windows, thanks to this you can safely open the windows at night and during the day (it's nice to know that this has been taken care of). There is a good bathroom, there is a spacious shower, and in some rooms there is a bathtub, good sinks and toilets. There is a refrigerator, a table and chairs in the room, bedside tables and sockets. The territory is spacious and very comfortable. There is a kitchen with everything you need: refrigerators, stove, oven, kettles, cutlery. There is also a recreation area, gazebos, swings, benches on the territory. The Runo Guest House is quite close to the sea ~ 10 minutes away. Shops, cafes and restaurants are also close by. The guest house also has a place to park cars.
Separately, I would like to say thank you to the manager Elena! He will always help and the attitude towards the guests is wonderful! We will be happy to return to the Runo Guest House!

We had a vacation with my husband in July. We got here by buying a bus tour from Tula, respectively, with accommodation. Well, what can I say, repairs would not hurt, at least in our room. The bathroom is combined, the window is constantly open, through which flies fly and with the naked eye you can see traces after them ((( which apparently no one has ever washed...The receptionist Elena is not friendly from the word at all, as if she is doing us a favor by checking into her guest house. Excellent, everything is very good: service, helpful staff, cozy comfortable rooms, 5 minutes to the Embankment and 6 to the sea. Coming out of a very green courtyard, you immediately get to the central alley! It's a great place. The prices are more than affordable. I love Abkhazians - the main thing is very hardworking and peaceful people, they treat Russians like relatives. Everything is for tourists and visitors of the city. And so it is throughout Abkhazia! New Athos is in the photo! A wonderful place, holy! Especially about the sea. The sea is subtropical, clear, emerald-colored, affectionate. Right at Sochi, it's already different, it's not the same anymore. I'm looking forward to the new summer, au, August 2023. And again to Abkhazia, and maybe again to the Fleece.

Minuses. A hard mattress with springs pressing into the back. My whole body aches in the morning. The room was externally cleaned, but there was dust everywhere. The bathroom is also dirty. There are only a few hangers in the closet, no shelves. Room cleaning is not provided. Smoking is not allowed downstairs in the smoking area, on the balcony. You cannot take food to the room. You will be given two Wi-Fi, both do not pull. The TV is small and works intermittently. There is a shared kitchen, the stove is ancient, we did not cook there. The room itself looks bigger in the photo. Curtains should always be kept closed, neighbors walk around. A room with two separate beds, if you want a normal bed, pay for a triple. We took a transfer from the administrator of this house, drove to Psou as a minibus, stopped at several addresses, from the border to the railway station we were transferred to a minibus, which also went first to the airport. The guest house itself may have been comfortable before, but something went wrong. We will not return and we do not recommend it.

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the sea, next to a beautiful alley. Nearby, there are many different shops, kiosks of all kinds. I really loved this place. The owners also live on the territory of the hotel, but we did not see them at all)) nice people who are ready to help with any question (well, or almost any)))) There are very nice gazebos in the courtyard.
Of the cons, there is almost no Wi-Fi in the room, one hair dryer that needs to be taken at the reception.

The first impression of the hotel is simply terrible. Those who like a comfortable stay, you are not here. The advantages are a good area near the hotel and proximity to the sea. The room is in poor condition. The walls are all dirty, there is only mold in the bathroom, rusty metal products. The smell in the room is disgusting, damp and moldy. The shelf near the mirror is broken. The room is small. The shared kitchen is in terrible condition, I wouldn't risk cooking there. As the hostess said, you have a nice room, there will be separate beds, but the mattresses are new, orthopedic. You can only come to the room to spend the night and then it is not comfortable. There is no cleaning or change of bed linen here. And also, if you are traveling from Popoff Tur, be prepared that you will have to wait for check-in after a 24-hour trip for another 6 hours on the street.

Convenient location, the very center, 5-7 minutes to the sea. Nearby there are shops, canteens, etc. The
rooms correspond to the photo. The double room on the second floor had a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, bedside tables, wardrobe. There is one towel per person. There is no hair dryer. Each room has a dryer. WiFi works well, but every other time.
We lived for two weeks, during which time the room was cleaned 3 times (slightly wiped the floors), towels were changed 2 times, bed linen was not changed at all. They gave me two rolls of toilet paper for the whole time.
The garbage was thrown out on its own. The receptionist said they wouldn't take anything out. There are no tanks on the territory of the house, where they are located is also not really explained, they were found on the way to the sea.
There are a lot of mosquitoes, it's better to take a fumigator with you, we bought local records - they didn't help much.
The territory is small, but well maintained.

The guest house as a whole is on solid 4, but there is a huge disadvantage with the check-in. There are no backup numbers. We arrived early in the morning at 6.30 and sat on our suitcases until 12 o'clock. After a 24-hour trip, sitting in the heat is very tiring. The travel agency doesn't say a word about it. And those vacationers who leave are also evicted and they sit on their suitcases until the arrival of their bus (about 5 hours) in the heat. The people are not happy and are scandalizing. In Abkhazia, bottled water is a strain, there is no choice, and their local is not tasty. There is a lot of garbage and anti-sanitation on the beach. You can come once, but no more. The nature is very beautiful. Those who are going to Abkhazia now, have a good rest.

5 stars for the room, really as in the photo, large and comfortable for two, although we didn't find a piece of soap, nothing at all that would at least wash your hands after the road. We went to look for a store, but it wasn't there, we went.. went... along the streets, we did not find anything, we were told that you will find a farm within a 20-minute walk.products. 5 check-in to the staff, checked in early in the morning, did not wait for 14.00, thank you, the child was very tired. It's good that on the third floor, it's impossible on the ground floor, there are smoking rooms on benches right in front of the windows, everything pulls into the rooms like a courtyard and an eternally rattling gate. Other guests on the ground floors were less fortunate, wet walls and a constant smell of dampness. Well...and this year's territory is no longer the same as in the photo, the expectation is real in my photo, there is no playground... in general ... only a creaking swing on the rocks, that is, if you are sitting, eating at the table, the children do not have to play, there is nowhere even to stand, there are 4 large tables in the photo... so there are none there, only two for a three-storey hotel, that is, if people sit and rest all evening, then do not sit down to eat, and it is strictly forbidden to eat in the rooms. Of course, you can sit in the shared kitchen, but it's not quite comfortable and it's dark like in the basement + everyone walks, it's walk-through and cooks food, there are 2 burners and a microwave. Far from the first line, go across the road to the beach and wait all the time for cars to pass, there are no crossings. In general, we will not go here anymore, if to Abkhazia, then only to old Gagra, because there is a small embankment in the new one, there is nothing to see, you will not find fruit, shops and a market are 20 minutes away, for 4500 for early booking 1 adult and 1 small child, this is too much for this hotel. By the way... I didn't catch Wi-Fi from the neighbors at all, as well as the TV signal, and even though our router was hanging near the doors, the Internet was only early in the morning and at night, weak during the day, it didn't load. The room has a view of the courtyard, old roofs and the master's house. And of course your vacation will depend on your neighbors, if, like the last few days, you will be able to sleep only on the beach, other times there will be music and drunken screams, and the audibility is as if they live in our bathroom. Well, the howling and barking of dogs at night also did not please. For your money, it's a shame to have such a rest. I wish I knew... we would rent three times cheaper from the grannies in the neighborhood.

Recently returned from a week-long stay at this hotel. The plus of the hotel is a very good location! Near the Park of Glory, Ferris wheel, Gagra market. The sea is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace. We were settled on the 3rd floor. The whole room is made of wood. It looks very nice. But no one cleaned the room before our arrival, even though the bed was made, it seemed like the bed was clean and fresh. There were dead insects on the floor in the shower room. But you can wash the dirt yourself, and the fact that bedbugs started biting us on the 5th day, it was just terrible. Therefore, I think I will remember this hotel for a long time with a "Kind" word!

She helped us with the extension of accommodation for two days in connection with the postponement of the flight. I ordered an individual transfer to the airport through Elena, everything is fine, a comfortable alphard arrived on time. Of course, one of the disadvantages for us was that people smoke everywhere at all tables, but this is their "national dish" - smoking is allowed everywhere.

1. Wi-fi does not work from the word at all

I don't know or not, I can't understand the negative reviews: 5 minutes to the sea, the rooms are clean, air conditioning, a cooler with water on the reception floor, a jug and two glasses in the room, a TV, a playground, two gazebos, a barbecue, a kitchen (very important for those who like sausages and sausages at sea buckwheat / pasta to cook), during our stay we had a wet cleaning and a change of towels twice (they also offered to change the linen, we refused), the staff is friendly, the guests are too). A dog and two cats live on the territory of the guest house (if you have allergies, keep this in mind) and mosquitoes, so do not be lazy and buy a fumigator). There are dryers, there is laundry. Upon arrival, specify the rules of accommodation (when it is possible to make noise, and when it is better to be silent) so as not to disturb other vacationers. We were supposed to have a triple room (hello to our travel agency), in fact - a double room with an extra bed (an Ikea cot, which left us after the first night). From the unusual: they wrote here that there was no toilet paper, but we were given it after each wet cleaning, and there was also no trash can on the territory, we figured out where to take it out ourselves. Otherwise, thank you very much, everything from the bottom of my heart ❤❤❤ ps: I took off one star for a loose outlet, for a blinking light in the toilet, for a trash can)

Everything was fine, it was inconvenient to carry suitcases up the stairs to the 2nd floor + the girlfriend was pregnant, can someone help us lift the suitcases? (we were even ready to pay) the female hostess stupidly raised her voice at us, who always talked very loudly even in the morning. Well, as if you don't really want to listen to someone's yell in the morning on vacation. The rooms correspond to the photos, for 8 days of arrival, THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED, THE BED LINEN WAS NOT CHANGED. Neither soap nor toilet paper was brought (only when there was 1 roll in the village) they bought it themselves, there is no curtain in the bathroom, the water is constantly all over the floor, the refrigerator is constantly flowing (mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable, the whole body ached... And before leaving, they noticed dry vomit on the floor between the beds, it was generally nonsense, it turns out the rooms are not particularly cleaned. In the kitchen, they really washed all the dishes (although they did not want to eat there 1 more time), the kettle was in terrible scale, they also tried to wash it...

We vacationed with the company in July 2021. Yes, the photos correspond to reality, but the mattresses on the beds are disgusting, they hurt the whole body, all the springs dig in, it's time to change them. The split system in some rooms does not pull at all, there was a smell of sewage in the toilet on the 3rd floor, the toilet is leaking on the 1st floor. The light in the rooms is dim, not all the bulbs are on. Rooms are cleaned upon check-in, but not thoroughly. When they asked us to clean our toilet (after the sea, pebbles, water, etc.), we were simply handed a bucket and a rag... Upon check-in, the owner showed us a place where to leave empty beer and water bottles, we obediently took them there, but the next day they yelled at us throughout the hotel that we had left a lot of bottles, and that we should throw them ourselves, somewhere in the trash.
The kitchen has few dishes and it's all dirty, I had to tear someone's soup off the side of the pan with my nails. Despite the fact that during the 5 days of our stay there, we did not see any dishwashing liquid. People just rinse it with water and put it back in place. We bought our own. Scum has been living in kettles for probably 5 years for sure. The stove is electric, 2 burners, the water boils on it probably in an hour, if not more.
The sea is really close and that was the only plus.
