My daughter and her mother were vacationing in this guest house. I booked a room in advance and ordered a transfer. I was very worried, because I was not with them myself, and there are certain problems with communication (roaming). But everything went well. They were met in Adler, after they crossed the border, the driver immediately provided a phone so that they could call me and inform me that they had crossed the border.
My guests were warmly welcomed at the guest house. Gayana is a very friendly and hospitable hostess. Many thanks to her for her responsiveness. There is a family friend in the house, Suren. He conducted many excursions for my family, for which I also thank him very much.
My daughter, and she has something to compare it with, said that everything in the house and in the yard is very decent (for this price category), the sea is just around the corner.

The rooms are terribly damp, the cows are cramped, next to our room there was also a pump that was constantly whistling very loudly, around the clock. The dogs barked , but not often. But the owner was talking on the phone very loudly and the mat was all over the yard. It is not possible to cook in the kitchen, the gas is very weak, the water boils for half an hour. The kitchen itself is in terrible condition, everything is dirty and lopsided. The sea is close, but not for everyone. When my knee hurts, my mother damaged the miniskirt before leaving, we ate from the sea. We had the reservation paid for 2 days in advance. But since we needed a closer place to live, we were kicked out with our things on the street. The money was not returned for 2 days, well, they did not give me to live these 2 paid days. Housing was found quickly, and better and closer) I don't recommend it to anyone, it's a real Shanghai, and it's also dirty. The owners are absolutely not interested in your comfortable stay, they only need money.

We rested in this guest house in September 2022, lived for two weeks. After reading the reviews, we drove with apprehension, but our fears were not justified. I do not know which princesses were disappointed. Once again, I am convinced that everything depends on people. What kind of person, such are the reviews. Initially, you need to understand where you are going. We had a good rest, we liked everything. Yes, not presidential suites, but how would it be Abkhazia, gentlemen, you must understand where you are going! We were welcomed and escorted in the same way. The guest house is located in the center, within walking distance of a shop, market, sea, canteens and cafes. The rooms are not large, the TV shows two channels, but we came to relax, not to hang out in the room and even more so to watch TV (I don't turn it on at home), we were given dishes, bed linen, towels were changed when asked without problems. The light was turned off a couple of times for a maximum of half an hour, but it was not turned off by the owners, as some write, it was turned off throughout the area, in canteen shops, neighboring houses. The kitchen is shared, large, I did not cook myself, since I came to rest, not to cook, but other neighbors cooked enough pots for everyone. There were no interruptions with water. There are dogs on the territory, but they did not bother us, we spent all day at sea, came to the room to wash and sleep. There were a lot of neighbors and no one complained, there were those who come to Gagra every day and to this particular guest house. If you are used to sleeping on silk sheets, eating from silverware, and in general you are the best, it's not that you are not in this guest house, you should not come to Abkhazia at all. Go to the UAE. We went as a family, the rooms are small, the kitchen is shared, there are power outages, the equipment is old, there is practically no Internet. The air conditioner didn't work, and it's impossible to sleep there without it. You open the windows and doors, a flock of mosquitoes swoops in, we stayed there for 3 days. The owner's dogs are also constantly barking day and night. On the first day, the child got sick, vomited all night and had a fever. In the morning it turned out that in the State Duma all children have an intestinal infection, some have diarrhea, some have vomiting. No wonder there is unsanitary conditions! The price for such amenities without amenities is 3000 rubles per day, there is a ceiling of 1500 rubles per day. But since we went spontaneously to choose a place, there was not much reason. Don't spoil your vacation! yes, there are shops nearby, and a market, close to the sea. But such living conditions will spoil the whole holiday experience!

Unknowingly, we went there and paid for 3 nights (to begin with), in the end: we did not live long enough and ran away from there. Of course, no one returned the money, but we were not upset.
