The hotel is not badly located, there is parking for 8 cars in the courtyard. Inside, everything is clean, the friendly staff has a tea drinking area. The rooms certainly feel like they are being renovated, some of the walls are not covered with wallpaper.
There are tram tracks next to the hotel, which is very annoying from 6:00 to 23:00
The garbage is not taken out of the room even after the departure of the guests. Wi-Fi works intermittently, especially in the evening. The lamp above the table is blinking like a straboscope, it's very annoying, you have to sit in the dark. The price and quality match!!!

We recently stayed at this guest house and were very satisfied! First of all, the rooms were very clean, which is always good. The service is also top-notch! The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any questions. We also liked the facilities: the kitchen was well equipped: refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, sink. In general, this place has become a real home away from home for us. We recommend it to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy place to relax! ❤

Good afternoon. It was filmed for a day on October 29. Everything is clean, beautiful, but the only minus was cool, the batteries are slightly warm, there is a heater, but we did not risk turning it on at night, since we had small children with us, and this is not safe
