We were at the hotel on June 13 and 14, 2023.
The hotel is located near the city center in a great area. There is a promenade and parks nearby. The hotel has its own parking lot. The hotel looks very beautiful from the outside, especially at night when the lights turn on. The decoration and decoration of the room (does not apply to the layout and size) are normal.
This is where the advantages of the hotel end. The room is very small. There is no hallway or hallway at all. The bathroom is similar in size to a toilet in a train carriage. When you lay out an extra bed, there is no room left in the room at all. You can't even go to the window, but you need to do it, because there is no air conditioning in the room.
Breakfasts are worth special attention. Such disgusting food (I can't name it any other way) I haven't met him yet. The choice is very poor, and the taste is terrible. Pancakes are obviously heated cheap semi-finished products.
The only thing you can eat is Savushkin yogurt. We had breakfast 2 times and both times the menu was the same. I regretted that the room was taken with breakfast. For this money, you could have a much better breakfast in an ordinary cafe.
We were supposed to stay at this hotel on the way back, but refused the reservation and decided to spend the night at another hotel for the same money, but with 4*.
The hotel was built for the Olympic Games-80. The scale and the interior are felt. It matches for its money and stardom. Decent breakfasts, gorgeous view from the upper floors, was 18. The room has a refrigerator, slippers. There are toiletries in the bathroom. There is a water cooler on each floor. There are no water bottles at check-in. The clothes locker is small, but there are a lot of hangers. For a stay of 2-3 days it is quite suitable. The metro and shopping center are within walking distance.
Very convenient location. Polite staff. Gorgeous view from the 22nd floor and observation deck. Good breakfasts. The room is clean, there is everything from the stated. The disadvantages are a terrible shower and the lack of a shoe spoon.
A very large hotel. The 3 star level is confirmed. Good shops inside. The buffet is extensive, only the hall is a Soviet dining room in a holiday home - 50 tables. There is no room service! However, the restaurant on the 22nd floor is good. We lived in a suite, we liked it.
A nice, clean hotel with a normal dining room, near a park with a river, a beautiful view. Panoramic elevator to the roof. Friendly staff, and just people in Belarus, these are really our brothers!!! Thanks!!
A picturesque Soviet hotel.
Positive:
+ excellent location, in the very center of the city. Everything is within walking distance - from the Gallery shopping center and Bar Streets to the metro and the Museum of the Great Patriotic War;
+ very tasty breakfasts;
+ many rooms have a beautiful view;
+ there is a swimming pool with a water slide, steam rooms;
+ there is a panoramic restaurant on the top floor;
+ the hotel itself has a "secret" canteen for employees, where you can have a cheap lunch.
Minuses:
- many rooms are smoky despite the ban on smoking in them;
- there is a large influx of guests on holidays. At this time, a long queue forms in the cafe for breakfast. If you are in a hurry, then come in advance so as not to be late!
- right under the windows of the casino. When people are having fun there, the room can be very noisy;
- a set lunch in a panoramic restaurant is not delicious. At the same time, the usual (not complex) dinner and banquet menu were on top.
We arrived in Minsk for one night, stayed at the Belarus hotel.
Pros: There is parking. Clean linen in the bed and one blanket was enough for two. At night, by the light of the lamps, the room was more comfortable. There are disposable slippers and a hairdryer.
Minuses: a completely ill-conceived corridor. It turns out that you enter the room in dirty shoes, take them off and immediately go to the toilet in slippers through these puddles. The furniture and toilet are quite old. It's cool in the room. There is no kettle in the room.
The staff is friendly. Clean, cozy room, 6 elevators, so there are no queues at the elevators. There is a cafe - dining room downstairs, the food is delicious. The location of the hotel itself is not bad, not far from the center
Good location of the hotel. The metro, a large shopping center, a park, the Upper Town and much more are within a 10-15 minute walk. The room is small, but it was comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.
A good hotel, comfortable rooms (unfortunately ours did not have air conditioning, but friends did). I liked the location, easy access to the metro and shopping center. There were queues for breakfast, but the staff tried to quickly clear the tables and fill the food on time.
A middle-class hotel, queues for breakfast, while all tenants are distributed according to the schedule. The food is simple, but it's enough. Only the carpet vacuuming and bathroom cleaning parts are cleaned in the room. The glasses are not washed, the bed is not made.
I really liked the hotel. Excellent location - close to the center, but in a park area.Good rooms - everything works, a comfortable bed, a good small pillow (and this is very important, sometimes there is a behemoth pillow, it does not fit under your head, you have to put things under your head), a warm light blanket. A wonderful breakfast buffet, where there is a large selection and delicious (although by 7 a.m., when the service begins, a lot of people gather), you can even use the pool for free (at certain hours)
When I visit Minsk for work, I always stay at this hotel. A large, spacious hotel, as it should be. There is a pharmacy and an ATM in the lobby. The taxi entrance is very convenient, right in front of the doors. It is a legendary place and its location is very comfortable. From the windows of the room you can see the whole wonderful Minsk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am always happy when I stay here. By the way, my colleagues have the same opinion ;)
The hotel is located in a green area in the city center. Clear. Beautiful views from the window. Breakfast is a buffet, there are not enough coffee machines, there is always a queue for coffee.
A small disadvantage of our room is a small shower stall, which is too cramped to take a shower. But I don't take off the star for this, because otherwise everything is fine. The cleanest bed linen, change of towels and cleaning every day, everything you need in the room, a water cooler in the hallway on the floor. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, a grocery store, a tour desk with a selection of excursions. The location is very good, the territory is well maintained, a square, a river, a promenade for walking, near the old town, the metro. The photo shows the view from the window of our room, 19th floor.
The hotel looks tall from the outside, everything is nice and spacious inside. The buffet is worth taking, you will not lose. The only thing my wife almost got sick on the first night she lived through. The reason for this was not the tightly closed window. After complaining to the reception, the master came and did it a couple of hours later.
We stayed in this hotel during the festival for a child - 4 days. The hotel is clean. The breakfasts are good, delicious, varied, and delicious. The rooms are small
A super hotel! The city center, the rooms are very nice, and the view from the 16th floor is simply mesmerizing. Very tasty breakfasts on the ground floor in the cafe. We had lunch and dinner at the Panorama restaurant on the 22nd floor - the view is fabulous, the cuisine is acceptable. You can take a dip in the pool and steam up in the sauna. Be sure to take a ride in the elevator with panoramic walls. The staff is responsive and helpful, there are no questions about the service.
We stayed at the Belarus Hotel from 24 to 26 and from 27 to 28 August 2023. To say that we liked it is not to say anything! That's great! It's amazing! A magnificent spacious hall with many souvenir shops, an ATM, a cafe, a dining room, a panoramic restaurant on the 21st floor of the hotel, i.e. everything is provided for every taste and purse of guests. We lived in a room on the 18th floor with a magnificent view of the city. On the 22nd floor there is an observation deck, which anyone can climb and look at Minsk from a bird's eye view. The room is clean, tidy, cleaning and linen change every day. Separately, I would like to mention the cafe on the ground floor, where breakfasts are held: I could not even imagine such a variety of delicious dishes and pastries that were presented (and I must say, something new was introduced every day) to our choice! The service staff performs their work flawlessly quickly and accurately. In short, being in this hotel, from the first minutes of your stay, you get the impression that you are expected and welcomed there as the most expensive guest. I definitely recommend this hotel. To the management of this hotel - from the bottom of my heart: "Thank you very much! "Keep it up! We wish you further prosperity and success! Sincerely, Tatyana Zalesskaya, Korolev, Moscow region
The convenient location of the hotel is near a park, the historical part of the city, and there is also a grocery store within a 10-minute walk. The room is small (it was a double room), but for tourists the main thing is a comfortable bed and pillow, clean linen, shower in the room))) Buffet breakfasts are provided on the ground floor: there is enough variety, but I did not have enough banal porridge. I recommend it!
I liked everything. Location, observation deck, park in front of the hotel and the embankment. The breakfast buffet has a large selection, there were no queues. 1 hour of swimming pool (included in the price) from 7 to 13 with sauna and Jacuzzi is enough. It's a little annoying to drink tea, you have to run to the cooler... And sometimes the water runs out there. I would like to have a kettle. And one more nuance (it bothered me personally) is the lamp above the entrance with a motion sensor, when you go inside it's very good, but when you get up at night... You're just rubbing it... Maybe it turns off somehow, but it's not written about it anywhere.
We took a room for 4 people (family suite). The hotel is located in a very comfortable location (both in the center and away from the road). You can also take a walk by the river, and if desired, shopping malls, cafes, shops, cinemas, etc. across the river and the road.
The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is a buffet, the choice is good and everything is delicious.
The room is clean, with a great view from the 19th floor.
I liked the breakfasts, various, even fried fish, I meet for the first time in my life))
There is not enough teapot and tea accessories as written below, I do not argue. But there is a cooler on the floor, so grab a brew from home or from breakfast and you will be happy 😹
There are no toothpastes, but I always take them with me, so it didn't bother me.
The location is super, near the old town, you can walk 1 km and you're there. Another kilometer and the beauty remained. So I highly recommend it 👌
Two families booked. Two-room suite and one-room king size suite. Three adults lived in the first one. The cleaning is so-so, they changed the bed linen, towels, if you put it on the floor, they will change it. The water was replenished only twice, on the day of arrival, and then only two, not three, and after 2 days three pieces were already replenished.In the second room, it is spacious with a balcony with a huge dressing room. But the cleaning is also so-so. There was no water initially.We went to the panorama restaurant. It doesn't seem to be bad, but when they wanted to pay, for some reason no one came up, they had to go themselves, look for it, and so on. The elevators were working, as many as 6 pieces, but there were traffic jams. Dining room it happened that there were not enough tables, the food was constantly cold from porridge to pancakes. If it's hot, it's a celebration. There are only two types of coffee. But there is enough food, you can choose.There is a river next to the hotel, where you can ride catamarans or a boat. There are places to go, eat, etc. I recommend.
A good hotel for tourists. The location is super, you can walk everywhere-Nemiga metro station nearby, old town, shopping center. SPA, swimming pool, very necessary after walking around the city. A variety of breakfasts, cleanliness everywhere. There is no kettle in the room, but a cooler in the corridor is convenient. Very important-extended complimentary late check-out, thank you! Thank you all)
An excellent hotel, with a swimming pool with saunas, there is also a good dining room (although it is hidden from prying eyes). The view restaurant is on the top floor. You can take a translucent elevator to the roof and enjoy the evening views (for a fee).
It looks nothing unusual, a standard hotel. Good location in the city center. Polite staff, the canteen was well fed and packed. Clean and tidy everywhere. I can't estimate the rooms, we didn't stay there. The restaurant on the 22nd floor was not entered, it was on special service, but there is an observation balcony, the view from there is beautiful👍
Everything has become very good. I haven't stopped for a long time, we have carried out repairs. Clean and beautiful rooms. Nice clean bathroom. A wonderful very rich breakfast - there is everything you want. The only drawback is that there is not even a dental and shaving kit for a fee. Please do it, it's not difficult and it will be convenient for everyone. 3 stars, and go and buy a brush.
06/15/2024 I visited the pool with my 5-year-old daughter. I was pleasantly pleased with the water temperature in the pool + 28 ° C. There are 3 steam rooms with temperatures of +80, +90, +100 °C; Jacuzzi +35°C, children's area. Reasonable price-quality match. Of the nuances: the slide did not work.

A wonderful hotel in Minsk. We stay in it for the third time. The king size rooms are beyond praise.
There are very nice girls at the reception, they will help with any question.
The breakfasts are very good and varied.
If you take a superior room, then 2 hours of swimming pool is included at any time before 22h.
The hotel is of high quality, officially three stars, but really all five! Excellent location, in the city center, the main attractions are within walking distance. Recommend👍
The hotel is located almost perfectly: in the center, but surrounded by a beautiful green park, which is carefully maintained. Nearby is the Yubileyny hotel, where you can buy tour packages to castles and other places a little cheaper. The cleanliness of the linen and towels is almost perfect, everything is snow-white, without stains and odor. The bathroom unit is tired: the shower hose on the counter barely holds, the water drains slowly. The girls at the reception are also tired, annoyed (not all of them, but we got one)
Minsk is a very beautiful and green city. I got the impression that this is a solid park. The Belarus Hotel is wonderful. Delicious breakfasts, polite staff. If I'm going to Minsk again, only to this hotel...

Excellent location, 7 minutes walk to the metro through a beautiful park, excellent hospitality, excellent buffet breakfasts with a wide selection, clean rooms. It's a little tedious waiting for elevators. I recommend the hotel. There is a shop and a pharmacy downstairs. The pool is super!
I put 3 stars with a stretch. And then only for the good location and for the friendly staff.
Now about the bad stuff. There was no air conditioning in the room, I had to ask for at least a fan. In the heat of + 30, this is little consolation. There was no refrigerator in the room. They refused to change the number. There is mold and rusty streaks in the bathroom. The water doesn 't go out in the shower-she 's been standing ankle - deep all week . The toilet was not washed after the previous tourists. Dried droplets of urine on the toilet seat - that's never pleasant. Most of the days the bed was not made (although the bed linen was changed 1 time a week). The floor in the room is not cleaned - when checking in, someone else's hair bands and wrappers were found under the beds. And also unrealistic queues in the dining room for breakfast! 3 times a week we stood for 20 minutes. The queue started all the way from the elevator! The food itself, although quite diverse (there is something to choose from), is not tasty and from the cheapest products. And the pool wasn't working yet.
Sadly. After reading good reviews, I expected more from the hotel.
We were completely satisfied. When booking, the price seemed expensive, they took it on recommendation, they basically wanted to stay in a large hotel. We took it without breakfast, we always carry tea / coffee / sugar with us. The only thing is, there was no kettle in the room, but a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor solved this issue. We were greeted with excellent service, the rooms are not new, but absolutely clean, with crisp sheets and a comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the window, we got to the river, enjoyed the view in the morning) There are plenty of buns for residents, including a free hour of swimming pool daily. We will recommend the hotel to our friends. Thank you for our comfortable stay!
Great hotel! It is located in a picturesque location, with stunning views of the city from the 21st floor. It's clean in Belarusian👍👍There is everything you need
I liked the hotel, everything is conveniently located, a beautiful park area around.Nice staff.The breakfasts are delicious, a very wide range, for every taste.The rooms are small (we had one).Repairs are present, it is clear that the plumbing has been replaced.But it's quite cozy.The only thing that surprised me was the presence of a bathtub, it is already unfashionable, it would be better to have a shower.There was no refrigerator and kettle in the room.This is not very convenient.And so, it meets its characteristics.
Very good! The rooms are clean and cozy. The pool is large enough. The saunas are tiny, but there were very few people with me.
Quite edible food.
Gorgeous views from the upper floors. The view from the restick at 22 is especially good.
In general, I recommend it!
A little secret - there is a staff canteen next to the pool, but everyone is allowed in.
Very tasty, very cheap!)))
In general, it's not bad, but there was a refrigerator in one room and there was no refrigerator, I moved to another room, and there was a refrigerator and there was no air conditioner. Plus, in a room with a double bed, there is a very strange closet in the parish, which makes using the closet very uncomfortable. The breakfasts are good, the staff is friendly
Awesome Everything corresponds to the stated stars, but the main thing is a very flexible policy. We noticed that people did not have time for early excursions, and immediately adjusted the cafe's work schedule. A very rich buffet. The rooms are spacious. TV,hair dryer.air conditioning,mesh on the window (for non-fans of air conditioners). Slippers,bathrobe,towels,dishes,kettle. The hotel has a souvenir shop and a "Komunarki" store, an ATM.
The rooms are good
Food: the breakfasts are delicious, there is a choice.
The location of the hotel is convenient.
Service in the restaurant on the 1st floor. I got a little pumped up. They are not attentive to the guests. They may refuse service.
But I still recommend the hotel to everyone.
Awesome breakfasts, everything is delicious and homely, a good pool, even one slide, beautiful beds, comfortable mattresses, a view from the room to the whole of Minsk.
I left an average impression, there is an observation deck (paid), a swimming pool and sauna, a small slide like in a water park. Food for 3+. The rooms are modest, not perfectly clean, my room did not drain water, there are no shampoos, cotton swabs, bathrobes, few towels. In general, everything is OK, but there is no pleasant aftertaste left, I moved out with pleasure
