An excellent mini-hotel, located on the beach, the territory is well maintained, gazebos, swings, barbecue area, two swimming pools (adult and children), free umbrellas and sun beds on the beach. The room has everything you need, bathroom and shower, kitchenette, refrigerator, TV.

Choose this hotel if you want a vacation with elements of a correctional institution. They will follow you around, check if you are eating food in your room, check if you have stolen an extra can of Coke, saying that their camera is writing at all. Your room for 10k will never be cleaned in a week, towels will never be replaced, but everything will be counted at check-out, even glasses and spoons. Oh, another 10k deposit. Suddenly, you still decide to steal a towel that is a week old?) A. also, the doors on the balcony cost so many thousands, very expensive. You will not be allowed to forget about the price of the air conditioner, the TV set (which does not work). You will be told that the territory is being treated against mosquitoes, but there are thousands of them there and it is impossible to be outside after 17-00. Choose this place if you like humiliation.

Olya and Zhenya, thank you very much for your hospitality. Vasily, Vyacheslav, Irina and Tatiana had a rest at your place in early June. Everything is great, the best hotel on Kos is yours, as soon as in Berdyansk, then only to you.
