Quite nice hotel. It's not so new but the stuff were polite and helping. Breakfast is a modest buffet. One floor of the hotel and 7 rooms. They have only breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel. I can recommend this hotel.

pros: location, quiet, good bed - it is convenient for relaxation and there is an opportunity to travel to different parts of the city.
cons: there is a smoking room at the entrance, the perimeter of the door in the room glows with light from the corridor (probably solved by installing a seal), sometimes you can hear the sound from the TV.

For the money that the hotel costs, you can not be particularly indignant, and you should say that it is beautiful for this price!
A very tasty breakfast, besides quite varied (there is a choice), the food is homemade, delicious.
A very comfortable bed, pillows, a light and warm blanket.
Although the room has some disadvantages, it is very clean, thanks a lot for that!
But, nevertheless, there are small disadvantages that should be corrected (it will cost the owner nothing, and the guests' impressions will improve).
For example, it is absolutely clear that the issue of water should be resolved (either put a cooler in the hallway, or a couple of bottles of water in the room, well, at least put water in the refrigerator and indicate the price list).
Also, it would be nice to offer slippers (because there are bathrobes, but for some reason there are no slippers).
In the bathroom, you need either a piece of soap (after all, there is a soap dish, empty, then what is it for?) or put an organizer with the same liquid as in the shower.
The issue of the lack of sockets (there were only two of them in room 4 above the table) is of course more difficult to solve, maybe with some kind of regular repair it will be possible to implement, since the lack of sockets next to the bed is an omission.
It's not worth writing the rest, since it's still a 3* hotel, and it's more than excellent for this category.

I really liked the hotel. The room was a single room with windows facing the courtyard. Quiet, clean, the interior is well thought out. I was quite satisfied with the breakfasts. Attentive staff (2 people). All the positive reviews on the site are true, but I still have comments. The white coat seemed washed out, gray. I didn't want to use it. The tablecloths and serving napkins on the tables in the room where breakfast was held were also stale. It's time to change them. The garbage was taken out of the room only on the third day at my request.

Very cozy, quiet, clean. Polite staff. Breakfast is beyond praise! You can choose from porridge or scrambled eggs, there are always pancakes, cheesecakes sliced from sausage cheese, sweet pies to choose from. Very nice)) the room is a little chilly, but there is an extra blanket. Thanks to the girls for their attention and comfort.))I recommend it!!

The hotel is located on the ground floor of a residential building. Near the embankment, shops and cafes.
We lived in room 1 – this is a corner room next to the reception.
Positive:
+ Very friendly and friendly staff.
+ Cleanliness in the hotel and in the room.
+ Comfortable bed and good blackout curtains.
+ The room has a refrigerator, hot water and tea are available in the kitchen constantly.
+ There are slippers, shampoo.
+ The room is very spacious.
+ Simple but delicious breakfasts.
Minuses:
- The room is angular, the fence of the courtyard of the house with a gate adjoins one of its walls. Every time the gate closes, there is a hum in the room.
- There are only two sockets in the room and they are far from the bed.

A great hotel. The location is amazing, right on the waterfront. The breakfasts are varied, closer to the home type. The staff is attentive and helpful. Cleaning, change of linen, towels are regular. We lived together with our son for two weeks in this hotel, the child is also happy (there are amusement rides and an amusement park a few steps away). I definitely recommend the hotel for both business and leisure trips.

The price does not meet expectations. We booked two rooms for two days, as a result, the amount of the reservation was recalculated and we paid more. The rooms are not the cleanest and the equipment is different (in one room there were traces of unwashed urine in the bathroom and different wrappers near the bed, while there was no kettle, although there was in the other). The noise insulation is zero. In general, it's not worth it.
