Unfortunately, in Lugansk, operating hotels are like fingers on a hand, as a result, the price tag is horse-drawn and there are no places. On a business trip, we had to choose this hotel. In a nutshell, an old dorm. The rooms are old, beds with spring mattresses, one toilet for the entire "hotel" - three seats, only one door. Shared shower, persistent smell of tobacco from the smoking room. It feels like I'm in a time machine. It should be noted that, despite the squalor of the situation, it is clean, there is a kitchen, clean, there are dishes. 90 residents are guys moving to or from the front, as a result, every evening someone celebrates, but the administrator tries to calm them down. I would say that I do not recommend it, but it did not really work out, besides, this is one of the few hotels that has a normal phone number and can be booked in advance.
