The most terrible hotel in Donetsk!!! This attitude has not been seen in any hotel. All the staff, except the hostess of the hotel, is behaving extremely inappropriately! At our polite request to let us out after 23:00, for a good reason, the administrator threw a tantrum and sent us to 3 letters ! At our second request, she nevertheless deigned to let us out, and then with psychos, screams and nerves. Besides, she said that we wouldn't be checking in on her shift anymore, you see, we disturbed her peace! And where is it written? The hotel receptionist must be on duty 24/7. How are such employees allowed to work with people at all? And we pay a lot of money for such a boorish attitude.
Don't set foot in this hotel anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone!!

We arrived in Donetsk with a friend and stayed at the Velour Hotel. Wonderful staff, polite friendly people! It is very clean and homely. The restaurant in the hotel is very chic and the food is very tasty. We were very satisfied with everything, 5 stars, I recommend it to everyone

Never! Never visit yourself and bequeath your friends to children not to stay at this institution.
Smoky, plumbing is old and leaking, mattresses are depressed, don't even dream of a kettle. There is a cafe, but there were no visitors and they did not let us in, but they fed us, by the way, it was not bad. But you will bring it to the room yourself with your hands and feet.
I especially liked the administrator Natalia, as an overseer, a sergeant major. He talks like he's scolding, with the look that he's doing us such a favor, he was warned not to smoke and was being evicted drunk. Very good. A drunken military man and his wife stumble in front of us... Not evicted!!!
When you leave, you will not be released until the room is checked. What if you stole old bed linen
