A good hotel has stayed several times in a suite room. We were satisfied with the price-quality ratio of the services provided. Polite and friendly staff. A big plus is that the estimated time of stay is considered 24 hours from the moment of check-in. Large bathroom. In August 2023, we lived in the standard room category and were somewhat disappointed. The cost of the room is 12000t and there is a complete lack of soap in the dispenser, and very thin mattresses. If you consider that the "luxury" category costs 16000 rubles, which has everything and a refrigerator, air conditioning, and cleaning supplies, then it is not clear why the "standard" costs so much, which does not have any of the above.

I had to live here, the circumstances were like this. Drunk and not very young people come to the hotel mostly for fucking. They smoke in the rooms, it stinks in the neighboring ones. Then they hang around the corridors, the sound insulation is weak, everything is very clearly audible. It's a long way from the center. Taxi 1000 tng, not always available. To the guard's remarks that there is smoking and noise in the rooms, he replies well, what will I do, I tell them they don't listen. We went with the children to the sports team. They took the whole floor except for one room, and they put these drunken marginals in this room, despite the fact that children from 8 to 15 years old live on the floor. That's where the administrator's brain is to allow this? In general, there is no strong negativity, but I would not like to stay in such a place anymore. There is nothing around the hotel, keep in mind. A sleeping area far away.
