We stayed for one night, we liked everything, as it turned out the room was designed for three, but the receptionist got into the situation and settled the four of us. The room has all the amenities: hot water, shower gel, shampoo, soap, clean towels, air conditioning and for some reason a TV. We had dinner at the restaurant, again everything was on top. As an option for one night, I advise you.

Very tasty food in the restaurant. A beautiful pitch. Restaurant level. And once again it is very tasty. And the first, and meat and desserts!
It turned out to be very stuffy to sleep on the attic floor. Condey is in the room, but I don't like sleeping with Condey.
Minus: a large double bed, but the sheet is fitted to it. No elastic band, no size margin. As a result, the sheet crumpled and slipped, my wife and I slept partially on the mattress. I didn't like it very much.
Overall a nice, clean room, friendly receptionist.

It's a great place. We passed Polotsk on our way to Minsk and stopped to spend the night and eat. Excellent staff, polite, pleasant. Delicious food, especially pancakes in the morning. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, shower, everything is as it should be. And not expensive. We will be with you in Polotsk, we will definitely stop by)

At the moment, Gostiny Dvor Polotsk is perhaps the best institution in the city, in my personal opinion and, I'm not afraid to say, all my colleagues who had a wonderful corporate entertainment event in this wonderful institution.
The cuisine does not cause any comments and heartburn - it is delicious, refined, bohemian and at the same time quite simple.
Attentive attention, timely serving and serving, as well as all the work of the waiters, also does not cause any complaints - only words of gratitude, coupled with the work of the chefs.
A thousand kind words of admiration deserve the work, in my opinion, of one of the best presenters of the republic, Ilya Nechaev, whose sparkling humor, as well as conducting contests, musical and dance selections were at the highest professional level.
Many thanks to the entire staff of the Prestige Real Estate Center for a perfectly organized New Year's Eve party in a warm circle of friends, family members and colleagues. I arrived late- there is nowhere to eat), a cafe from 11, if you leave earlier - "don't drink salt." I got to the cafe at the hotel - there is no breakfast, as a matter of fact. Okay, I ordered scrambled eggs, they brought a frying pan with potatoes and eggs with bacon))). By the way, it turned out to be delicious. The coffee is not bad. The overall impression for one night: the prices are palpable, the service is 4, maybe I'll come back! I recommend it in this region

We were here for a New Year's corporate party. Even though there were about 30 of us, everything was more than decent. I didn't notice anyone sitting with attention. I liked the food very much, the waiters are not annoying, the bar is good. I really liked everything in the price-quality ratio. Among Polotsk-Novopolotsk, the tastiest food so far at the time of writing the review (12.01.2023)
The food was taken away on time, the empty plates did not stand for a long time. The halls are clean, the dressing room is clean, the toilet always smelled nice.
The location is quite convenient. There is paid parking and a public bus stop nearby.

There are no complaints about the kitchen and the room itself. Provided that the reservation was made 2 days before the arrival date - a godsend. The food is delicious, the room is clean all except the restroom. It is unpleasant to enter, the joints and seams in the shower were never washed from the word never, the plumbing of the shower is broken, leaking. Well, how is it?!

A great restaurant. I'd say the best in town! I was in Ekimani and in the Center. The steaks are very tasty and I liked the original serving. The cheesecakes and strudels are incomparable. Pleasant service) The girls are polite and responsive). I liked the set meals, good portions at a low price!
