Celebrated the anniversary in November 2024. Thank you very much to Natalia, the Administrator, for her excellent work!!! Natalia's professional approach made my anniversary unforgettable. Excellent cuisine, beautiful serving of dishes, elegant menu. It was celebrated in the banquet hall. It's just gorgeous!!! The waiter girls Alexandra and Polina are polite, friendly, and just smart! We had a great rest, only positive emotions. I recommend it to everyone!!!

A lovely cozy banquet hall, quite delicious food, polite and caring staff, excellent service. The girls created an atmosphere of warmth, like at home. We organized everything quickly, the managers patiently helped to realize our desires, went to the meeting in everything, they were very responsive and sincere! Thank you for the warm welcome! I took a suite, although the prefix lux is superfluous here. The interior is shoveled, which has not changed for decades. But to give it its due, it's clean, quiet, and it's great to spend the night! Everything you need is in the room. There's a restaurant downstairs, but in my opinion it's quietly dying... Subjectively, but there used to be more visitors and more lively inside.
