With respect to the company, I was professionally engaged in volleyball in Russia and when I moved to Slovakia I was very worried that I would not be able to play my favorite sport. They helped me find a training ground here, thanks to which I later organized a viewing at several local volleyball clubs. So, for example, I saw how the titled VKP Bratislava was trending. There are no problems with my studies, the specialists helped me adapt to the program and to everyday life: I received a lot of consultations already at the stage of collecting documents, then, when I received all the necessary permits, the specialists told me how my Slovak life would be built, helped with the organization of training and the search for like-minded people. I would also like to note the language training, which is at an excellent level, Slovak turned out to be not so difficult and in some places even similar to Russian. The teachers explained a lot about the nuances of speaking, although initially I slightly ignored the grammar and thought it would do just fine. It turned out that grammar is a very important element of the Slovak language, so I recommend that you do not forget about it.
I'm living in hope now.. Since childhood, I have been completely and absolutely in love with Prague. My mother had a friend there (she returned to Russia not so long ago), and we often went to the Czech Republic when I was in school. I love the local architecture, cuisine, nature😍 I immediately decided that when I grow up, I will move to Prague. After school, I decided that the best way is to go to university there. I found the GoStudy school on the Internet. I immediately liked their attitude towards the students (they always respond very kindly, there is an individual approach to everyone). I was overjoyed, I dreamed of going to study faster, but... hostilities began, and the Czech Republic closed the entrance to the Russians. Go Study calmed me down as best they could, for me it was all a real tragedy. They offered me a distance learning option with the opportunity to enroll in a Czech university when the situation in the world is normalizing. This, of course, is not exactly what I wanted. I tried to find other ways to go to the Czech Republic, but everything is hopeless everywhere, through all channels. That's why I agreed to distance learning. Now I'm learning the language and waiting for the opportunity to finally fly away. I really hope that the wait is not long!
I am grateful to the managers of GouStadi for their responsiveness and patience. We sent our son to study through them, and in the process of our cooperation there were many difficulties due to external factors. They wanted to give up this business altogether.. Thanks to the managers for choosing the right words, supporting where necessary and always making contact. As a result, it turned out to send my son to study. He likes everything, the conditions are good. I am personally glad that everything turned out as it should. Thank you so much for this

I moved to Prague 3 years ago, not without the help of language courses and support from the company. Words cannot express how delighted I am with the Czech Republic. Of course, the company's specialists are very well versed in this country and others that they represent, and the office is located here. I am already finishing my studies at CHVUT, I have a Czech girlfriend with whom we are planning a wedding here. I don't want to move back to Russia yet, I plan to enroll in a master's degree, since I have already completed my bachelor's degree. Working for a foreign company allows you to save money for your corner somewhere near Prague, since rented housing and dorms are already pretty tired. I recommend the company's services, although it is difficult to get to the Czech Republic from Russia now, but they have other destinations.
My wife and I decided to send our eldest daughter to study in Europe. We studied different options and countries, looked at a bunch of educational centers and settled on GoStudy. Rather, because at that moment it was almost the only office in the market with decent experience of such transfers. We chose the Czech Republic for Olesya's education and began to prepare the documents.
There were no problems with money. It was a quiet time and I decided to pay the entire amount at once (we gave away almost 5 thousand euros!!!).
Last spring, it became clear that no one would go to the Czech Republic. Then it seemed that no one was going anywhere at all! We had to curtail our grandiose plans. We have contacted the company to issue a refund. Almost 100 thousand rubles went nowhere at all. They were not returned to us, as there were non-refundable payments and deposits. But we got 3,500 euros in our hands.
I am convinced that in such an unstable time, even for a beach holiday, you need to choose countries more carefully. What to say about moving to study in another country. Russia is with many in contention.
In the situation that we found ourselves in, it's good that everything happened here before we left. It is good that most of the money was returned. So they could have been left with nothing at all.

Most recently, we contacted gostudy so that they could help my son with applying for a bachelor's degree at an Austrian university. I didn't have to look for information about Austria for a long time, because now it is one of the few countries available for higher education. The company attracted me by the fact that it does not impose any services – you can only pay for language learning, you can pay for moving, or you can do both. At the moment, we have paid for language learning under the 50x50 program, because my son has not yet decided what he wants and there is a risk that German will not suit him as a specialized language. According to the light program, one lesson in a group costs 5 euros, so the cost is lower than if it were a tutor. The son seems to be interested in joining online classes. Communication practice is extremely important, the guys build dialogues every lesson while learning new words. I hope that at the end of two months, my son will speak at least simple German.
In October 2021, she enrolled in the Czech language program in Prague for admission to creative universities. The story with all the documents for the visa dragged on until January, the school staff could not send all the necessary documents. They will communicate with you kindly and sweetly exactly until the moment of payment, they will prompt and tell you everything. After receiving the money, everything is quiet. Your "curators" change immediately, one drives to the other and so on in a circle. It took weeks to wait for a response from them. Well, that's half the trouble. The appointment to the consulate was for March 2022. In February, after the well-known events, the Czech Consulate closed and canceled all records. I immediately called the guest house to find out what I should do now. For a long time, they offered to just wait and assured that everything would return to work soon. When I realized that there was nothing to wait for (at the end of April), I requested a refund. They tried to dissuade me for an endless time, offered to study in Slovakia or study online instead, kindness and quick answers appeared again, but of course I refused and sent them an application for a refund. I sent everything on time, then I received an answer in the style of "we can't send you money yet, because there is an emergency regime in the Czech Republic", to my questions "what does you and our situation have to do with it, what is the connection between the emergency regime in the Czech Republic and my money?" I didn't get any answers :) For a long time I had to hammer this school with calls and letters, at some point they began to switch me to an employee named Iness - as I understood, all problematic people are redirected to her, because she simply embodies the entire policy of this organization, she will lie to the last, get out, throw down the tubes. Don't think about it, I'm not some kind of inadequate woman, I wasn't rude to anyone, I tried to be understanding, but when they haven't been able to return 5500€ to me for 5 months under various pretexts, you start to get a little nervous.. You can only get attention from them by endless calls.
In the process, I found a group of victims who found themselves in the same situation with this school, many of them had already sent a pre-trial claim at that time, which was politely ignored by the school. Eventually, in August, I received a letter about the refund, the funds themselves reached in early September. They do not return money to Russian cards, so I had to ask a friend from another country to accept this amount and send it to me. And everything went well for me. Other people who started their studies in September or October still haven't received their money. Someone was simply refused a refund, someone was refunded 70-300€ out of 4000€+, it's just ridiculous. Under the pretext of deductions for the needs of the school, because they could not find another person to take the place of the student who did not arrive.. And this should be paid out of pocket for people who have been left without studies due to the closure of the consulate..
Bottom line: I do not dispute that the school is one of the most popular, it really provides training, but students are just wallets for them, as soon as you have logical questions about the work of the school and the desire to interrupt cooperation with them, you will turn into enemies for them, and their legal department will do everything to leave you without money. never contact the GoStudy organization, they will try to cheat you for money in any controversial situation.

Why did I decide to go to the University of Austria? The fact is that Austria attracts with its high standard of living and excellent salaries. I have always dreamed of living in a country where you can combine comfortable living, high-quality education and excellent career opportunities. That is why the choice fell on Austria. But as often happens, the dream turned out to be not so easy to realize. The process of applying to a university abroad is a real challenge. Tons of documents, the need to take language exams, misunderstanding of university requirements... It was difficult.
But the guys from this company helped me, and not only with the documents. They took me through the whole process, giving me detailed recommendations at every stage. With the help of their teachers, I was able to overcome the language barrier, properly prepared for the exams and chose the university that I liked.
Thanks for the support :)))

At first, on the first call with the manager, I received a huge layer of information and potential opportunities. It became clear that if there is an opportunity, it is best to spend more money to get high-quality and long-term service than to spend less and lose the opportunity to move due to factors beyond your control. I have heard that the Austrian bureaucracy is strong, so I decided to entrust paper issues to specialists. My manager Ksenia helps me in all aspects, we almost get help together, collect and send packages with a document. In language courses, we are very intelligibly chewed up all the information, in my case, the number of hours provides for a hypothetical increase to the B2 level, so I am happy to learn the language. I am currently at the stage of learning the language and getting approval from the university.
We signed an agreement with them a year ago in September. They sent us the necessary documents for a visa quite late, so we were able to sign up for a visa only in January. Due to personal circumstances, they did not get an appointment, and the next time they were able to make an appointment only for March 2022. And in February, all the well-known events took place, and the Czech consulate was closed. All this time we were in contact with GoStudy, we explained our situation to them, but they persuaded us to wait until the summer, suddenly everything would calm down somehow. In the summer, it became obvious that he would not calm down, I informed the curator that we would still return the money, and we sent a registered letter by courier with a delivery notification. Which was immediately reported in GoStudy. Due to the difficult political situation, our letter was out for two months and was handed over to GoStudy on September 10.
As you can guess, in the refund of funds (a very considerable amount) we were refused because the letter did not arrive until September 1st.
And everything seems to be legal, and we don't blame the school. I am a believer and I believe that God has taken away.
But I also consider it my duty to write this review so that everyone understands correctly that in any ambiguous situation, the school will choose not you and not your child, whom you are sending to a foreign country, but yourself, your interests and peace of mind. Which, of course, many will consider quite normal, since it is legal. But it's worth remembering.

I have been in the Czech Republic since 2019, the first six months of studying Czech at my place were offline, then we (the students) had to study online in the Czech Republic, since covid was in 2020. We completed our studies online, and in September 2020 we already received a permit (visa) from the consulate. I considered applying to the Higher School of Economics, but I did not have enough passing points, of course, I was very worried here, but it was my own fault. I tried my hand at CSU, but I am not a technician at all, so I began to look for transition options, fortunately, go specialists continued to help me. I decided to try to enroll in a private institute of finance and management, now I study finance there, I really liked the story that teachers at the university often combine with work at the HSE. Therefore, the quality of education is at a high level. Due to the transition between universities, I am six months behind my peers, but I already work in a local coffee shop owned by a girl from Russia. I don't want to be a barista all my life, but so far I earn my own living and entertainment.

I could not find an education that would meet my interests in Russia (foreign languages, constant practice, cool student life). I decided to shift the focus to affordable European countries, because I'm not sure about the quality of education in Asia and Latin America, sorry if I offended someone)
I applied to the GoStudy educational center to get an initial consultation on the directions. I know that Slovakia and Austria are among the countries available to Russians now. After sending an email about 12 hours later, Ines Lakhmar from GoStudy replied to me. We had quite a long correspondence on choosing a direction / collecting a package of documents / adaptation. My anxiety immediately decreased after talking with her, although I have not yet decided to move, I think that if anything happens, I will contact this center. Ines, I express my great gratitude))
Let's start with the fact that the curators, who are assigned to you after payment, absolutely do not care. They will not solve your problems and will disinfect in every possible way. First they say one thing, then, without explaining the reason, another person writes to you, posing as a new curator, says something completely different.
If you book a hostel on their website, then be prepared for a piggish attitude when they tell you "well, no one forced you to book with us."
And most importantly: your application for a refund regarding accommodation in a hostel, or for a transfer, will simply not be accepted, referring to the fact that force majeure events are taking place.
Well, what can I say about the courses, I'm happy) If you still decide to go to the Czech Republic to study, it is better to do it through GoStudy. They help to solve issues with documents, can help with some kind of household issue, help a lot with nostrification (they suggested where it is easier to take a particular subject). Yes, maybe the curators do not respond immediately, but you still understand that you did not pay this money in vain. The teacher was Czech, I liked the lessons themselves
They sent their daughter to study through the State University, they were very nervous about the visa, they did not give it for a long time (They already had thoughts of refusing, asking for money, but they endured. The child went to the Czech Republic in September, there was no limit to happiness) I am grateful to the school managers, as they communicated very politely, answered all questions, did not leave in trouble, tried to calm down. I communicate with my daughter, she likes everything too, was met at the airport, told-showed everything. I am very glad that children are not abandoned, but they are constantly entertained: football, discos, ice rink, walks, curators help with everything, but at the same time children learn to do many things and learn on their own. It is clear that I am worried about how everything will turn out, how we will pass the nostrification. I hope everything will be fine. Thanks to the school for helping us wait for the visa and not give up everything halfway!
The results of the Grant drawing caused great doubts, namely, the randomly selected numbers, which varied only in the range of 200 thousand, the numbers of the participants who applied first, thereby proving their zeal and desire, namely the numbers from 1 to at least 50,000 did not fall out once, while the last 8 numbers were all over 200 thousand.
