I want to express my great gratitude to the conductors of the 083A St. Petersburg-Gomel train, 09/22.24 we were traveling from St. Petersburg, we took tickets in advance, only the upper reserved seats remained, but unfortunately on the day of departure I injured my leg, respectively, I could not physically ride at the top. My husband and I thought that we would come to an agreement with our neighbors on the reserved seat and change places, but everything was resolved much better, thanks to the understanding of the conductor of car 6, he checked the tickets the same minute, called the boss and together with him they resolved this issue. We were given reserve seats in car 3. Special thanks to the conductor of car 3 for her concern. Surprisingly, all is not lost, there are still kind and helpful people. Thank you for your sensitivity and understanding! It's a pity, though, that we didn't remember the names and couldn't thank you personally. Such people need to be financially encouraged.
