Once again, there was a huge loss in my life. I turned to the K. Marx ritual in Bobruisk. And there were huge surprises waiting for me here. The photo of the deceased was taken terribly, they promised that they would redo it the next day because the ink in the printer had run out. As a result, I call in the morning and say you'll come later to pick it up. Should I go, or is it your concern to bring it? We'll send it to the guys, and as a result, the guys come without a photo and say that they said they told me they wouldn't give it to me. It's just terrible. But that's not the whole horror. Next, I look at the documents and see that the two government organizations cannot agree on who will settle the body in the coffin. The morgue charges money for this service and immediately charges K. Marx for the same service. I have a question: "Who did I pay and who did I give it to?" Or is it so difficult for one of the organizations to perform this action?
Where to start.... In the e-mailing list, instead of the deceased's data, there was some kind of "leftist" person. In the cafe (memorial lunch), a record was made on the name taken from the ceiling. The time is also completely out of sync, although I showed the distances and time to the cemetery (I went in advance and measured it). The workers (grave diggers) are dressed in some rags and more for certain persons without a place of residence. The contract spelled out services that were not performed at all. But as a result, they began to demand money in excess of the contract, for some unaccounted-for moments, i.e. miscalculations of their staff. Burial also: at the time of the lawsuit. During the excavation, two neighboring graves were trampled, the burial was carried out in violation of the norm of burial depth (at least 1.5 m), in fact it turned out to be at the bottom of the pit from a force of 1.2 m. Well, such trifles as "poking" and behavior, as if I were their errand boy, are lost in the total mass of claims.
My father-in-law was buried a year ago. The ladies at the reception constantly hurried, saying, let's sign the contract faster. Carefully read the list of services you order!!! My husband's name was entered in the burial document, and after the announced claims, they said that we were to blame. They don't care that people are stressed.
