It so happened that for the last 2 months, our friend and colleague was sent to a hospice at 19 Stakhanovskaya Street for health reasons. Since relatives live abroad, there was no one to take care of him around the clock. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the head Elena Gennadievna for her responsible, sincere and decent attitude. All emerging issues on her part were resolved immediately. Also, many thanks to all the medical staff for their responsive attitude. Everything in this hospice is clean, even sterile. You don't need to ask twice. The nurses come at the first request. They take care of, anesthetize, feed, and provide all necessary assistance. Thank you so much for your hard work. Psychologists also work at the hospice.
HOSPICE ...
hospice became the last home for my "brother", "son" - for my parents, "uncle" - for my nieces.
Unfortunately, this is how his fate turned out, a young fate, when life is just beginning, but the disease does not ask about your age, he turned out to have brain cancer, which ate my brother in 4 months.
My mother and I are very grateful to the head, the doctors, the nurses and of course the nurses.
For any request, you could contact them, ask them, they will help you, tell you everything and do everything when you ask for help.
The main thing is not to forget about your relatives, loved ones, because they did not come here of their own free will.
Do not forget to come to them and help them, love them.
We miss you very much, our dear man.
Do not forget to help the hospice, be responsive, they need any help.
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING
My grandmother stayed in a Hospice (the department in Volkovichi, where they usually send after a stroke) for almost 3 months.
Wonderful staff: orderlies, nurses, doctors. I want to express my deep gratitude to Valentin Filaretovich and his colleague (I do not remember the name, unfortunately) for their professionalism and simple human kindness! Therapists who know more than the heads of stroke departments in hospitals will always help and support.
The entire medical staff is extremely friendly. Change diapers? Can I help with the washing? At the request to finish feeding with your own products, give medicines, etc. - no problem at all! People really love their patients and spend time with them, it was evident from my grandmother's emotions and attitude. We have never encountered any negativity.
When my grandmother became ill, an ambulance was called and escorted to the hospital. The nurse called me every 20-30 minutes and told me about the manipulations and her condition. I took the post's phone, gave the room number, and packed a minimum of things for Grandma at the hospital. It costs a lot, not all relatives treat their loved ones that way.
When I arrived to pick up my things from the hospice, everything was already packed and sorted, although they might not have done that either.
So once again: huge human gratitude and prosperity to you! You are doing a very necessary and important job for the whole society!
I am glad that my grandmother spent the hardest part of her life with you, with the supervision of medical staff and competent care. It is unrealistic to organize such a thing at home.
So if you have relatives who are in a difficult situation and there is a hospice option - do not hesitate! This is a place with MEDICAL STAFF where your loved ones will receive the proper level of care.
And I also want to mention the economist Irina, a wonderful girl! I chewed everything up, helped in stressful situations, and also with payments. Good health and good luck to you!
With best wishes, Olga
