I don't know why everyone is responding so badly, that it's a very long wait, everything is slow. Like many people, I read articles and reviews, arrived closer to 10 a.m., received a ticket and was immediately called to the window. All 13 windows were working, there were no people at all, the specialist immediately did everything in 15 minutes. Thank her very much for this!
