Honestly, I straight up not believe that boba drinks are THAT expensive. These type of prices are very 2008 era when it was actually new and hard to import outside East Asia. So right now the prices should be HALF of what they are in here, and even then it would be not cheapest option which is fine I guess fake inflation be the reason or whatever. I know I have European standards or whatever, but I straight up believe the prices here are unreasonable. It’s delicious, I got boba from Got cha twice, the café is very beautiful, waiting time is very short, but seriously the prices will close this franchise within two years, once some other companies realise that they can enter the boba business sphere and not overcharge people ridiculous high prices.
I think I wouldn’t actually recommend anyone to go here beyond like once. Since the menu seems to be really interesting and probably very delicious. But why go here when you can pay half the price in nearest Cofix or something for a different but delicious specialty drink.

A small, but stylish and atmospheric place where you can buy yourself the tastiest bubbles, urine, juices and other things.
The proximity to the Cascades and the huge assortment of various drinks makes this place ideal for running here before the heroic ascent of the most famous steps of Yerevan.
This is a separate kind of pleasure: sit on the Cascades, admire the panoramic view of Yerevan, drinking cool bubble tea. Personally, I love this kind of pastime and run into Gotcha every time I plan to take a nap in the distance on the steps.

As a true coffee lover, I was glad to try your latte. However, I had to face a misunderstanding about the price. Initially, I was informed that coffee costs 1.400 g drams, but when paying, I was presented with an invoice for 2500 drams. After clarifying the situation, they quickly corrected me and made the price correspond to the promised one.
In addition, I can't help but note that the coffee seemed strong to me and somewhat different from the latte I'm used to. It may be worth clarifying the composition and cooking method in order to achieve the perfect balance for each guest.
I would like to emphasize that your staff was friendly and promptly corrected any inconsistencies that arose. However, it seems to me that it is worth paying attention to the transparency of prices and giving a more detailed description of the drinks on the menu.

Drinks with tapioca balls are very tasty, if only you can make sure that they are properly prepared, the staff is not very polite and attentive, the toilet does not work all the time. It is better to take drinks at other points of this network, for example, near the seasons park, there is not only delicious, but also very nice and responsive staff.

We ordered food and drinks through Yandex, it was not written anywhere that topics are added separately for an additional.payment. As a result, the order arrived without topioca, just tea with milk and that's it. One drink - instead of 700 ml, brought 500 ml. For such a price, just milk and tea is terrible.

They do not see the difference between 300 and 500 ml, they constantly confuse the composition of the order. They brought matcha latte without matcha, that is, milk with ice…
The taste of the drinks is always different, sometimes they won't forget to beat the milk, and sometimes they will forget.
It is also a normal practice to score a drink with ice or not pour the syrup.
