There is one queue for all services, it is simply unacceptable to stand behind a parcel for an hour and a half. I believe that the post office should first of all deal with the delivery of correspondence and parcels, and then pay utility bills, because this is a post office, not a bank.
Посылку удалось забрать только с 4 попытки ,через 4 дня после звонка оператора.
Огромные очереди.из 3 окон по факту работает 1.на остальных висит табличка перерыв.
Нет разделения по задачам-окно и выдаёт принимает посылки,и принимает документы на перевод,и оформляет страховку.
Требуется недюжинная выдержка и терпение.
