Absolutely everything is bad: both the room and the competence of the staff. This department has not seen repairs for probably fifty years. It's like being in another era in this place. And the image is complemented by uninformed employees who are poorly oriented in modern postal services. And on my last visit to this institution, I was given a package by a completely different person.
