It's all good. The cafe downstairs is expensive, and the hotel itself is quite small, but everything is fine. The breakfasts are delicious, the location is excellent, the rooms are cleaned efficiently

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. This is a plus. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are friendly. The menu at the Italian restaurant is quite varied and tasty. Cons-rooms are poorly cleaned; our refrigerator did not work; tea, coffee and water are paid, although the website says that all this is free. And there is no sound insulation completely-conversations can be heard all night in the rooms and hallway. At 7.30 am, they are already starting to clean, vacuum, etc. In general, the hotel pulls in 3*, not 4*.

Great hotel! We have already chosen it more than once for its excellent location (right at Stephansdom), friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort and a delicious European breakfast!
