We liked the location, the sea is almost immediately across the street. The heated pool is clean, sun beds and a bar. In May, it was already possible to sunbathe. The staff is polite and friendly. There is a playpen for a small child for an additional fee. The breakfasts are very hearty and varied buffet. The bedding is clean and soft.
The cons are sooo good audibility in the rooms. You can hear everything that's going on in the hallway🥲
And we didn't immediately combine the beds into a double bed, we had to wait.

We stayed at this hotel for one day. The rooms are new, modern, everything is thought out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. To the sea 3 minutes on foot. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back.

Among the advantages - very cool staff and top-level service, always went to a meeting and helped. The hotel is new and everything was done very cool inside, the breakfasts are gorgeous and the pool is very good 1.6 meters deep, but in fact I think it will be somewhere 165 cm. The beds are soft and it is pleasant to sleep. For this, thank you very much and to the Henriks respect workers 💪
From what could be improved in the future, WiFi is very slow and often turns off, coverage is weak, I think it's not the fault of the hotel, but in general, if you agree with the operator and strengthen the speed and coverage, it would be great.

1. When checking out at 12:00, we were not allowed to leave towels for 2 hours, until 14:00, and departure from the hotel at 15:00 (car). The question is, what should we do? We wanted to pass the time by the pool. As a result, after we went to the pool, the receptionist brought us towels. I took pity - it was unpleasant, we spared 2 rags initially for 2 hours … :(
2. There are no rules written on the pool bar!!! From the word at all. We brought two bottles of beer - as a result, we were warned about the cork collection after the fact. Apparently, the rules are for employees, but not for guests, because the hotel employee at the bar opened the bottles for us and didn't tell us anything.
3. Periodically, it is noted that you cannot go through the reception in bathing accessories - you need to be dressed, although the sign indicates that you cannot visit the KITCHEN in BATHROBES. The question is, how do I get from the pool to the restroom area? Should I really run to my room? Well, then open a separate entrance from the pool to the hotel.

A very excellent hotel, I recommend it for a family holiday or alone.
The staff is very helpful, especially I want to highlight the bartender Elizabeth, the waitress Nino and the receptionist Katrina.I spent a magical vacation here, with vivid impressions and a lot of positivity, which is a great merit of the hotel and its staff. A small but very cozy room, bright and comfortably furnished, TV, kettles and hairdryer, fast Internet via Wi-Fi. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool, as well as a number of other additional services, such as organizing interesting excursions. There is also an excellent restaurant where the food is delicious and varied.The vacation did not fly by noticeably.I want to come back to this place again and again.

You know, when you arrive in the evening and bring a mute with you, well, not a little refreshed by the growth of a hot day, they will move the tables by the pool, put pillows and armchairs, bring candles. All guests are independent of the room. I had a joint with the room (it will remain my secret and the hotel), champagne was brought for a trifle, a huge plate of fruit! I promised not to reveal the secret, but leave the most positive feedback
I recommend it and if I go to these places again, I will only stay there.

The hotel is great.Taking care of visitors : The little things are especially pleasing - there are a lot of clothes hangers in the closet , 2 pillows for each, not one blanket in common, but two . It started to rain a little - elastic bands were placed on the steps so as not to slip, and umbrellas appeared in the lobby!!! The hair dryer was not working properly - they immediately came and did it ! Everything is clean - the hotel is new and modern. The food is delicious and quite varied . Only there is one plate with sliced fruits and grapes - you don't know whether to take it for yourself or leave it to a neighbor ((( of course , they replenish it , but somehow it 's annoying . And so - the food is all " from under the knife" - salads are safe to eat , they are not from yesterday 's leftovers 😆You can sit with a cup of coffee by the pool - they immediately bring a candle , if it's evening . The pool is very warm and 1.6 meters deep ( there is also a children's part ). The territory is well maintained , although small . Sun beds , umbrellas . The fence blocks out the noise of the road. But there are no sun beds or canopies on the beach at all . Sand and rocks . The entrance to the sea is made of stones . But there are very few people and the sea is clean and warm . And go to it through a busy road and another 100 meters.Dolphins have been seen several times . So, everything is fine! The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful. Minibuses run to Sukhumi - 8 km to the city. Have a relaxing holiday! I recommend it!

I love it when everything is clear and read detailed reviews from others, so here's my soulful opinion)
Food: not very varied, but really tasty. We took breakfasts and dinners. In the morning there are sausages, omelets, pancakes, buns, some kind of porridge, ready-made breakfast cereals with milk and yogurt. In the evening, there are usually 2 side dishes and chicken (sometimes fish/pork) and 2 salads.
Territory: small. There is a swimming pool, sun beds and several tables nearby. There is a parking lot outside the gate. Carefully cross the road even on a pedestrian, they drive like crazy.
Cleaning: every day. Bed linen and towels are often changed. In the hallway there is an ironing board and iron, dryer, cooler. You can give things for washing (not underwear) – 550 rubles.
Beach: across the street, not far away. But not equipped. The sea is clear. The entrance is large stones, it is better for those who are particularly sensitive to buy special shoes.
Rooms: either without a balcony, or with a small French one. There are a few with more, but these are most likely improved rather than standard. There are cups, glasses, a couple of saucers and a kettle in the room. New furniture, but the pillows are terribly uncomfortable. And there is a strong smell of sewage from the toilet periodically.
Staff: very helpful, everyone is friendly, always trying to help. If you leave early, you can ask for a free lunch box with you
Where to go:
Food is nearby: we were in the "mi lav" nearby and in the "Caucasian captive". Guys, the hotel is better.
Mocha Beach – 5 minutes by minibus (50p). Opposite it there is a small park, quite abandoned, but you can walk
Sukhum. We get off at the Philharmonic bus stop and either go to the embankment, or in the other direction to the botanical garden and the monkey nursery
Hot springs – we went to kyndyg 2, there are fewer tourists in it and it is located near the road. There is, of course, a minibus from the market in Sukhum, but we caught it right at the hotel and asked if we would get
to the Chernihiv Gorge (250 rubles.) – we took a taxi using the a-taxi application (there is also a garuda, but it is more expensive). It's beautiful, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes, preferably sneakers.
New Athos. You can get from the railway station in Sukhum or by taxi. Cable car, park, cave, monastery, waterfall. You can spend the whole day here, I recommend you to go.
To sum up: A great hotel! Especially if you remember that this is not an all inclusive Turkey, but Abkhazia 3 stars

Everything is great. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.
Of the disadvantages, only expensive food, if not included. The absence of non-alcoholic cocktails and snacks at the pool bar.
Oh, and if you take a sea view, keep in mind that you are separated by a dusty road and other house plots.

Friendly staff. The rooms are small but cozy. There was a smell of sewage in the rooms. The breakfasts are meager, but you can eat. The hotel itself is very small. There is no animation, there is no territory. Off-site parking. There is a swimming pool and sun beds and it's nice). The sea is 100 meters from the hotel, but there is no private beach. There are few people on the beach and the sea is clean. The big disadvantage is that there is no safe in the rooms, this is a direct problem.

We rested with my wife for a week. I just liked everything . Clean, cozy, odorless rooms, daily cleaning, white bed linen. The cuisine is simply better than in restaurants. the staff is polite. Special, huge thanks to the administrator Natalia, she always went to a meeting and helped out, just a lot of respect. 10 out of 10. We will come again. I really liked it.

An unrealistic new hotel with modern renovation,a huge swimming pool with a children's area,super clean water,beautiful territory with tables,umbrellas,sun loungers and a pool bar serving Abkhazian wine)
Delicious breakfasts 😋 the manager is a very nice girl who will help solve any issue)
The rooms have everything you need:bathrobes,towels,soap accessories,hair dryer) the view from the room was on the sea, we admired it every morning and evening)
The sea is only 120 meters away, the sea is the cleanest and warmest)we had a rest at the end of August, and we will definitely come more than once)

We were in Abkhazia for the first time, we booked this hotel 8 km from Sukhum. The hotel is online, dear. But we booked a room in advance for the promotion of about 7000 t. r. a day with breakfast. We stopped by for 2 days, so that later we could move to another hotel in Gagra. In general, the room is good, with a balcony and sea view, but not the first line, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning and "soap and soap"))) amenities, but without slippers. The breakfasts are good, buffet style. The staff is very friendly. The pool is wonderful, it has its own bar, the sea is across the street, the beach is clean, empty, not equipped. There are 2 cafes and a shop near the hotel. And there is nothing else in general. Of the cons: they settled on the third floor, knowing that the light was not working in the corridor. There is a smell of sewage from the extractor hood in the room and by the pool. The pool is not provided, there is no toilet and shower, which in general is not very convenient to run wet to the room throughout the hotel. There is no elevator either. And the price of the bar is very high (all alcoholic beverages are three times more expensive than everywhere else in Abkhazia in shops, cafes and other hotels).
And the biggest disadvantage was that we ordered dinner at the hotel and my husband became ill at night, poisoning. Before that, they only ate breakfast there. We ate in other places, everything was normal.

We came to this hotel by chance and were very surprised. The hotel is new, clean, and beautiful. There is a heated pool (we did not swim, but the water was warm).
I want to mention the breakfasts, they are very tasty and a lot of things (photos are not all that were presented). They can also make coffee in the sand for you.
The staff is friendly.
We have been to Abkhazia many times and this is one of the best hotels in its price category.

I'll start with the advantages: a beautiful territory, a cozy new, fresh hotel with excellent repairs and rooms. The breakfasts are simply gorgeous, the cuisine is very tasty, the hotel employee Igor is just respect, very diligent and attentive to the hotel guests, the sea is very close, it takes 2-5 minutes to walk.
Minuses. There are no bins in the rooms. We were at the hotel from 12.08-16.09, it was announced about a warm pool, I specified it specifically before the trip. All these days the pool was without heating, a part was broken because of this there was no heating. The hotel administrator talked about this every day, instead it was only "we apologize" that the rest was thereby spoiled, since this was the main criterion for us, and nothing was done. They were also informed that a review would be left, but they also did not respond in any way.
The pool itself is in the shade, which is why it is cold and does not warm up. For all the days, we have not bathed in it

The flies in the dining room ruined the whole experience. Thank you for not poisoning yourself....
For some reason, all booking issues were resolved only at night from (01-02 at night.) Although I've been trying to get through to the booking managers all day.
The ever-barking dog under the windows by the 6th day was already just annoying.Although I am a very patient person. Even weak wi-fi didn't bother me.
Do something about the flies -it's not very nice to see them on the open Swedish line.
