A very good complex. Clean pools, treated water, comfortably cool. The staff is pleasant and courteous. There are not too many people and there is no feeling of overcrowding in the pool. The food is very tasty, at an adequate price. The dishes are taken out quickly.

There are spacious changing rooms, there is soap in the showers.
A small minus is the toilets with a toilet bowl in the floor, but they are very clean, the cleaner keeps order, so this moment is not critical for me.

Beautiful complex, delicious cuisine (Korean and European). Well-groomed territory, lots of flowers, trees. It is allowed to sunbathe on the lawn, children have plenty of space. On weekends there is an entertainment program for adults and animators for children.
Well thought out locker room/shower. There are not enough lockers for clothes, it would be great if they did.
The staff is smart, but they don't always have time on particularly busy summer weekends. You need to book 2-3 weeks in advance if you want to relax there on the weekend.
I recommend trying rice donuts.

You can order for the event: an indoor bar or a small pool area. In the first, the grandfather's feast was celebrated, modestly for 18 people; in the second, the wedding was celebrated (80-90 people fit). We received a family room for the day as a gift from the institution. Clean, cozy. It's especially nice to go straight out of the room and take a dip in the pool while there aren't many people.

The place is wonderful. There is something to compare it with, by the way. It is very cozy, beautiful, and civilized. There is no such terrible pop music, turnips, etc., screaming at the whole pool, lounge music is playing in the adult pool. The kindergarten is generally quiet and wonderful. Lots of greenery. Delicious cuisine. Friendly staff.
BUT: I don't want to take off the star, I'll explain why. If it were possible to put 4.5 stars or 4+, then I would do so.
1. When we arrived, I was after a mega intense workout. I wanted to take a shower so I wouldn't get dirty and sweaty in the pool. There was no hot water. Although there was a huge boiler nearby and the cleaner assured that THERE was hot water. It turned out that, after all, it was not there and the boiler was not turned on. I promised to turn it on. So I went swimming in the pool without washing up. Then I didn't check anymore....
2. Food. We ordered chicken with vegetables. Surprisingly, for such places, a small portion. And a lot of skin. The feeling that they decide not to get the right grammer with meat, but with a hard, oily skin. I gave it to the cats. Moreover, I was not the only one in this situation. There is also no side dish. It is necessary to order separately.
3. Check the receipt. They added an extra dish to it. They said at the general cash desk to just give less for this amount, so as not to make a refund of the check.
4. I ordered chicken noodles for two days in a row. Because we were there on a weekday and immediately after it on the weekend. On a weekday, the noodles were great. It is very tasty, rich, two halves of an egg, there is enough meat. It's just homely, perfect. The next day (perhaps because of the weekend, the kitchen was overloaded), it was also heavily overloaded. It was just felt that water was added to the broth, normally so. It's like a cheap canteen. The egg was really one half. And there's less meat. I did not like it.....
