Judging by the earliest reviews, the restaurant used to be a restaurant. But now it's really more of a canteen, working on a business lunch, regardless of the time of day.
We stayed overnight at the hotel and since we were warned that the kitchen was open until 8, and the restaurant itself until 9, upon arrival we decided to pre-order dishes by a certain time. It turned out that there are actually two dishes)) there are two types of soup and a second one to choose from. But the children were also offered to make pizza. It turned out not bad at all. We chose chicken and potatoes. It was delicious too.
There are also desserts on display. Cakes, pastries, pies.
There are no questions for the girl who took our order and then served us.
But the toilet downstairs, on the ground floor, is something. It feels like it hasn't been cleaned at all all day. Because already at 5 p.m. there was no paper, the huge trash bucket was overflowing.
In such a castle, you really want to eat in a good restaurant, not in the dining room. And if everything comes back, it will be great.

Well, it's safe to say that it's not worth it. I went with my family in the summer, we thought that we had come to a decent institution, to a so-called "restaurant", but there was not even a menu in it🤣
The waiter did his best, apparently, even remembered what was left in the kitchen. I quote the words of the waiter: On the menu we have mushroom soup, a cold brew, potatoes with fried sausage for the second, you can also add salad, there is mors or compote from drinks. We decided everything that would be ordered, asked what kind of grommets the food had, in total there should have been 600-700 grams. As soon as they arrived, they were shocked, it was like a cat crying on a plate, the food was cold, by the way, the "salad" consisted of two pieces of pepper and the same amount of tomatoes with cucumbers, only desserts were good from the kitchen. I know that the review was written after a while, but still we can say that this is not close to a restaurant. I don't advise anyone?

He visited hundreds of cafes, bars and restaurants. I've never seen worse service. The restaurant was crowded on the day of the visit. The administrator does not control the seating arrangements. While I asked one question to the administrator, another family climbed into the only available table. After 10 minutes, the table was cleared. The dishes could not be removed from an empty table for 10 minutes. The dishes were removed, and there were a lot of crumbs and extra coasters on the table. The crumbs were removed for another 10 minutes. The staff constantly quarreled with each other and walked around with sour faces. Staff quarrels are something, many people who wanted to eat left right after us. I do not recommend this place.

The impressions are contradictory. Everything that was ordered is very tasty, BUT!!! All dishes are slightly warm. How can you do this? Not cold, not hot - slightly warm. What's the soup, what's the second. People came up, the service was almost up. They are almost served by children (at least in appearance). The waitress is in tears. The bartender apologizes. The atmosphere is excellent, the service is fast and courteous. The food is delicious. There are inexpensive business lunches, in the area of 18 bel.rub.
The portions are not small, I took the king prawns, they are awesome. Beautiful serving of dishes. Each dish has its own appliances.
For a 5-course lunch, plus tea and coffee, we paid 86 bel.rub.

excellent restaurant at the Puslovsky Palace. very good pleasant prices, the food is excellent. we tried salads, meat, and desserts.
the place is designed more for events than for tourists. alas, many tourists come only for a moment to this beautiful place. bus tours and autotourists come en masse from 10 am to 17 pm on weekends and Fri.
I recommend coming on a weekday and staying for a day, spending the night. eat in a good restaurant, take a walk around the territory.
the staff in the restaurant is cultured, pleasant. the interior is beautiful, new. the style of the restaurant is closer to the historical than to the modern.
the set of dishes is decent. a good place)

We stayed at the Puslovsky Hotel with friends from November 6th to 8th! It was magical and fabulous. I would like to mention the restaurant Count Puslovsky. The cuisine is varied and very tasty. They ordered hodgepodge, salads, and pancakes. Delicious! The breakfasts are large and beautifully decorated. And what waitress girls are great! Special thanks to Zlata! She brought everything quickly, with a soul and a smile. She put our favorite songs on YouTube, to which we had fun two nights in a row. Zlatochka, good luck to you and grateful customers. We will be happy to return to the castle once again and visit your wonderful restaurant!

The aesthetic value of the castle is high, historical requires improvement. While some of the halls are open. We made a detour from the road about 50 km. , but we do not regret it. We had lunch at the restaurant during a visit to the palace. Unfortunately, at first we were told that the dishes take 40 minutes to cook, and we might not have time to visit the museum before closing.

Interesting! Impressions from the guided tour (required), local cuisine are only positive. I plan to come with my family in 2023 after the completion of the reconstruction of the 2nd floor and definitely with an overnight stay, maybe the atmosphere of the restaurant will "become more hospitable", and not the classic Belarusian chastkova abyakavai :)

We sat down, made an order and then started) everyone was brought dishes at different times, one ate and 7 people were exhausted with saliva. The trout was delicious (it was cooked for 1 hour and 50 minutes!), and the salad with tiger shrimps was delicious (45 minutes!). After 1.5 hours, the waitress came and said there would be no salad, since the iceberg was over and she offered to re-order, and the most interesting thing is that the staff does not care, does not care about the dissatisfaction of the guests, does not care about the comments. Well, the bill was just punched on the cash machine, just the amount, without a list of dishes and prices for them, but one of our friends decided to go to the bar anyway and hand-comb everything that our company ate. And it turned out that we were cheated by 51p👍 and this is not the end. The bartender ran out after us and said that he was wrong, and he wasn't fooling us, well, he wasn't fooling us, only for 20p he said it himself. In short, make a pre-order for earlier this time, or even better, eat at Kossovo.

The restaurant is disgusting and the staff is terrible. When we arrived at the restaurant at 14.20, none of the staff was there!!! We waited for 10 minutes, my aunt came, said they would have a break for 15 minutes, because they needed to clean up (lunch time is best for this), went to a cafe across the street - there is special service. I had to go back. We ordered mushroom soup, steak with potatoes, shrimp salad and ice cream in valovan for dessert. The soup was brought cold, tasteless, the buns were brought to it when they had already eaten the soup, there was really a tablespoon of French fries and not a gram of greens on the dish! There were exactly THREE shrimp in the shrimp salad!!! and a mountain of lettuce leaves, and the price for it is 17 rubles. Valovan turned out to be a purchased layered tongue on which they put a teaspoon! Ice cream!!!
If you don't want to stay hungry, take food with you and tea in a thermos - there is no store nearby.

So, it was January 2, 2022. We, ordinary tourists, checked into the hotel, and, of course, wanted to have dinner. The nearest place turned out to be the Graf Puslovsky restaurant. It was with the decision to visit this place that the misadventure began, which I want to tell you about today. There were three of us, I personally ordered salmon on a vegetable pillow. Imagine my surprise when I found water in the middle of a piece that initially seemed fried to me, at first I thought that along with the fish they served a piece of its native sea, but everything turned out to be trivial: the salmon was raw. This raw part made up a good half of the whole piece. Since hunger was tormenting after a long journey, I had to eat the whole fried part, and leave the raw part. When the waiter came up, he was also surprised by the situation and called his colleague, Inna Nikolaevna, who pleased all of us with a phrase that, apparently, should have changed our opinion about this incident, "well, you ate half of it." We were extremely discouraged, the fish was taken away, and for obvious reasons it was punched for half the cost. It is worth noting that as compensation for the surprise among the fish, we were given 2 croissants, which turned out to be delicious. In general, the place is ordinary, it hardly looks like a restaurant. It is also worth mentioning ciabatta, who decided to follow the rules of true Russian pancakes: it was easy to see the whole restaurant through her, those 2 pieces turned out to be so thin and small. Borscht turned out to be the most ordinary, as if it had come down from the pages of memories of the school cafeteria, it is worth noting the plates with streaks, which are a highlight in the house of Counts Puslovsky.
And to the count himself, his humble servant wants to ask the following question: does this pricing mechanism work in the opposite direction? If you eat half of the dish, then you can not pay for the second one?

The restaurant is located directly in Kossovo Castle. It's a very interesting place, but I wouldn't say it's special. The menu is standard, but everything is delicious and very welcoming. Quite a worthy place!
