Booking via booking. On the spot: "I can't help with a nurse, the room is under repair, there's nowhere to put you. I don't care if you write a bad review, the hotel is closing anyway." I have not met a more "hospitable" hotel and staff in 20 years of travel

In principle, it's not bad, the staff is responsive, there are no questions. The pillows are wooden, they were taken from friends, because the neck did not turn after the first night. Please, change the pillows, and the guests will be kinder)
