We lived in this complex from 15.10 to 28.11. My husband, I and my 2-year-old daughter.
Positive:
1. The sea is within walking distance (20 min average step)
2. The grocery market is 500 meters away.
3. There are many grocery stores around.
4. Large halls.
That's probably all.
Cons:
1. Two mosques nearby. One is near the market, but you can hear it even if the windows face the sea, the other is on the way to the sea. I'll attach a photo of the one on the way to the sea. They also shout especially loudly and for a long time on Mon, and after an hour some kind of muttering turns on somewhere. It's also very loud.
2. A busy road nearby. You can see it in the photo too. Motorcycles are constantly driving (from 7 a.m. to about 2 a.m.), plus loud, hissing buses. Also from early morning until 10-11 o'clock somewhere. Against the background of this noise, the cars seem quiet.
3. Excellent audibility. I can hear everything. How they talk, how they flush the water... Therefore, those who care about silence are clearly not in this complex. Even birusha did not help me from transportation and morning prayers - I constantly woke up.
4. The complex is old. Gaming...Well, some old junk in a whitewashed room with no windows. Billiards, bowling - nothing works. The bowling alley is closed. Billiard tables don't have balls or balls. I work in the sauna and hammam once a week. There was no light in the hammam for half of our stay. Exercise equipment for sports. The hall is not working, everyone is old. There was 1 treadmill running out of everything. The water slide never turned on during the whole vacation.
5. The water in the indoor pool smells very much of bleach.
6. All rooms have tiles on the floor, I do not recommend it with small children, it is very uncomfortable. There is underfloor heating, but electricity in Turkey is very expensive.
7. Only three devices can be connected to the Internet in the room at the same time. Nothing else. The Internet quality is not very good.
8. If you come to the sport.the gym is at 7 a.m., then you will be chased by guards, they say, it only works from 8 a.m. (the gym is located on the minus ground floor, and it does not bother anyone at all). But in the gazebo by the pool, you can yell and shout songs until 11 pm - no one cares.
Now about our room A50 (4th floor).
1. The bar chairs are not comfortable. Only a 2-year-old daughter was comfortable on them, since an adult has a tabletop on his feet, and he has to bend over three times.
2. The chairs on the balcony are sagged, you can not sit on them, the ass falls through.(they tried to sit on them in the room).
3. The frying pan is the cheapest, for 300 rubles and there is no lid to it.
4. Pillows are disgusting. All with lumps.
5. Sofa with a hole in the upholstery.
6. Upon check-in, 1 key is given for all.
7. The air conditioners are old and noisy. Moreover, it blows directly on the bed in the bedroom. The blinds are not closed, the air blows through the gap below.
8. There is no vacuum cleaner, not even a broom. Just a mop and a small dustpan with a hand brush. Sand, hair and debris on the white tiles are constantly there.
I would like to say separately about the lady (Yulia Kapustina), who was our agent for the settlement and the quality of her services.
1. The contract is a Filkin's letter, where instead of the owner's number, its number is indicated. There are also no meter readings, the lady considers them in some strange way. Upon arrival, no one records how much is on the counters. I am generally silent about rights and obligations.
2. I took a deposit of 20 thousand, (naturally, no one gave receipts), but when I was evicted, I did not come to accept the KV, I asked to leave the key at the reception. As a result, we paid 9000 rubles for small shoals (the shoals are not ours) on completely useless chairs that we did not use, and 2000 rubles for an old plastic beach chair that her husband took off because he works remotely, and needed at least 1 normal chair. The lady brought it 4 days later from another room. The husband reached back and the plastic on the handle burst (the husband weighs 86 kg, not 150).
In general, people who are going to Turkey, ask them to send a normal contract before arrival, check the contacts of the owners in it, check all the jambs, even small ones, upon arrival and draw up an acceptance certificate. Well, the keys are only in your hands when you return the deposit, otherwise there is a risk of getting like us. It doesn't matter if it's Granada or some other complex. For 1.5 months, 120,000 thousand were given and 11 thousand were deducted from the deposit plus 6 thousand communal apartments for a room of 40 sq. m ...
Of course, the suckers themselves, I hope this review will be useful to someone and help learn from the mistakes of others.
P.S: the sea there is excellent.
It's not a bad complex, it's not new anymore, but everything you need is there. There is a sauna, hammam, swimming pool, children's slide, but the summer sauna schedule is 1 day a week. Also, many homeowners cheat with the distance to Cleopatra, in fact there is not 800m, but about 1.5 km.
