Among the advantages: Excellent territory, huge swimming pool! There are many locations, there are Maldives, of course the slides are super! The rooms are good! The live music is simply gorgeous!
Of the minuses: for this level of hotel, the food is certainly for four! There is no Pier!
I highly recommend that you do not leave anything of value in the room, (they stole the pendant from my wife) as far as we found out, this happens all the time.
Bottom line: a very expensive hotel for that kind of money, the price-quality unfortunately does not match this hotel.

The hotel. A large territory, a water park, lots of pools and other football/volleyball. Food and drinks approx. Ice cream, waffles, fruits, burgers, shawarma and other snacks are plentiful. WiFi is everywhere, even on the beach, which is reached by buses. The center of Belek is 15-20 minutes on foot, or you can rent a triple electric car near the hotel. The main thing is to guess the weather. All the world!

A very cool hotel. There is a water park, many pools, you can get to any events all day, there are a lot of very interesting things for children. In the evening there is always a concert, after the concert there is a disco, you can go to the baths, there are two indoor pools, it's free, there is a salt room, only massage is paid. It is not possible to get hungry here because you can have a snack on site. The territory of the hotel is large, there are many sun beds, there are both warm and cool pools. We had a rest in April, the temperature was from 25°-29° the rooms are cool, the staff is friendly. The sea is 4-5 minutes away, the bus runs every half hour, the sea has its own hotel territory where there are sun beds, a playground for children, a cafe and all this is free. If you are going to Turkey, I recommend this hotel.

We arrived late at 21:00, there is one employee at the reception. I did not see the hostess, compliments from the hotel (Water, Juice, Compote, Sparkling wine is common in all hotels where I rested there was always something to drink)
We were settled on the 4th floor 4213 room, family room. The room is certainly bright, the design is original, but the cleanliness is lame. The glasses are dirty, the kettle with water has already been filled with water. Apparently, the previous tenants used it. The sink got clogged on the day of check-in. I called 7777 on the first floor, no one knows Russian. As a result, I wrote in WhatsApp, the guys were sent, everything was done. These are small things compared to audibility, if the call is from the next room, then it feels like our room is being called. They opened it 3 times a day, but there is a shutdown function, then you will be sure that the neighbors have it.
Of the advantages, there are 2 mini bars, which they forgot to replenish all the time, 1 refrigerator. Room cleaning - change of towels and make up the bed. They kept forgetting to replenish shampoo and conditioner. The quality of this chemistry is on a 3 to 5 scale. The smell of Lenore.
There are big questions about food - for some reason, A la carte Restaurants are paid and at 15:00. There is a lot of food, a lot of places to eat burgers , French fries, doner and more. But it gets boring very quickly on day 4. I was really looking forward to shrimp, a beautifully decorated carcass. But a little weak. Of course, there is sushi, mashed potatoes, desserts are different and delicious, wooden fruits and French fries - the children really like it. Cheap table wine (red and white). For the first trip, that's it! The children liked it. There are huge water slides. I do not advise eating behind the toilet there, the whole family tore their underwear. Apparently something is sticking out. It is better to take the elevator up and ride the yellow slide and zebra.
Especially watch out for children while swimming at the sea, pool, slides. Rescuers have a lot of people on the phone. In case of an emergency, they may not be seen. There is an amusement park where you can ride a wheel for money and so on. Top up the card with at least 10 euros. Take euros with you. With a dollar, the price tag is directly inflated. How we bought chocolate on the Lobby floor. 22 € turned into 26 $, well, not critical. But there is no change. They gave me half in lira and you can't spend it anywhere. We take it with us as a souvenir. The world maps don't work.
Transfer to the sea every 30 minutes. There's no problem with that, it's a 5-minute drive. Separate territory , inside a bar (wine and beer) no cocktails. Well, burgers and pizza.
To sum up: Among the advantages are water slides, attractions, an artificial channel with a waterfall, 3 pools of 140 depth and 1 for floating 2.2 depth. You will find food everywhere.
Of the minuses, the hotel is tired, cleaning is carried out superficially, A la carte restaurants are paid, the food is primitive every day.
But I recommend a family with children, a great option.

We rested as a couple on October 23-27.I liked the hotel. The rooms are good. We settled in before 12 o'clock. The restaurant has a large selection. You will find everything. You won't be hungry. A bus takes you to the beach according to occupancy, you don't have to wait long for 10 minutes. It's also close to 5-7 minutes. I would like the pools to be heated, the water is very cold, there are a lot of pools and not to swim. The sea is warmer than 24. The water park is gorgeous for children and adults. They seem to warm the water a little there. The area is amazing.

Of the disadvantages, the food is monotonous, alcohol is only local. There are imports- this is whiskey and that's on the lobby. We arrived at 21.05- dinner was over, they offered to feed us for a fee. The beach is a bit far away, but that's not what scares, but the fact that the beach is dirty. There is always a place on the beach. Food on the beach from 12.30-16.00. The restaurant does not have time to clean, you have to look for a clean table. Fruits include apples, oranges, plums and watermelons by the end of the vacation. Usually at this time, all 5* hotels already have strawberries and cherries.
Seafood- once there were shrimps and we had to demand it, we came to dinner an hour before closing time, we were told it was over.
The disco is indoors, very stuffy. Honestly, the hotel does not match its rating. When choosing this hotel, I advise you to think about and evaluate all the advantages.

The rooms are cleaned every day, and I did not have time to have breakfast, but the room is already clean. Minibar, replenishment every day: beer, snacks, fanta, cola, sprite. They speak Russian at the reception. If you arrive early, you can be accommodated earlier, subject to availability of rooms. Pools are just a song, there are a lot of them and there is a very huge one. Water park, luna park (carousels for an additional fee) children's mini clubs, alakart restaurants. If you still have doubts , then discard doubts . Great hotel. A huge territory, with a huge swimming pool and several small pools, slides for children and adults, a lot of recreation areas, it seems to me that we haven 't even visited all the places on the territory in ten days . One of the pools was discovered a week later :)
There is a small minus, not the first line from the sea. But we took a chance and chose Granada. In reality , the remoteness from the sea more than covers the huge number of swimming pools on the territory of the hotel .
There were no problems with sun beds on the beach , they always found free ones . Restaurant on the beach , toilets , cheap, part of the beach with a green lawn . The beach area borders the beach of the Rixos Hotel . Everything is fine here .
In general , you can write for a long time , we have only positive emotions left .
This hotel is not for privacy, there are a lot of guests, a lot of children. If you like a restful and quiet - definitely not here :)

Only 4 stars because of the same type of food, there was nothing new in 10 days, the food is frankly not tasty! The hotel is already so decently tired! They can't make cocktails, they gave me a Pinot Colada with melon instead of pineapple. They save on everything. Fortunately, they brought hygiene products with them, they do not update them. The bus to the beach runs just non-stop. The beach itself is great, there have never been problems with sun beds, only if you need to be in the shade. The sea, if the wind raises waves, is dirty, but this is no longer a problem for the hotel. There are many activities on site. Very cool shows in the evenings, largely due to the fact that the stage allows: excellent acoustics and light. World-class alcohol is available in bars, you can eat until 4 am and then at 7. Of the cons: the dining room is exactly what I would call the main restaurant, due to the fact that the hotel is large, there are a lot of people, there is no dress code. Everyone wears anything, some in a bathrobe, some in a swimsuit. But the choice of food and the quality are at a good Turkish level (in the sense that it is better not to take all kinds of seasoned salads, pates and other food processed after primary disuse)

Good afternoon, everyone! And so on in order!
We arrived at the hotel at 7.40 at the reception we were immediately told - check-in from 14.00 there are no rooms! I was with a child, but it doesn't matter. There are Russian-speaking managers at the reception, every hour I came up with a request to check in. Literally in front of us, at about 10.00, the family was settled from our arrival. I applied again, and was refused again. We went to the pool, where an hour later I met the guys and asked for help with the "negotiations" about the settlement. Voila - 5 minutes ($) and we were told that the room had just been vacated. I originally wanted a room with a beautiful view, so there are no questions in this regard.
The hotel: everything is "expensive/ rich" 😀the entourage creates
The territory is huge, beautiful, well maintained.
Cleaning: every day, in this sense everything is OK, of course with tips.
Beach: pebbles + sand, small, sun beds are always occupied with towels, if you want to get under the awnings - move out at 8 am🤦♀️🤣
You can rent a gazebo for 70€ with flies and midges! Guys, be careful and inspect before paying.
Waiters/food and restaurant service:
During the 10 days of our stay, we were approached three times (it is provided to bring drinks to the guests)
The rest of the time we served ourselves.
In the evenings, the Tufan guy worked - he was the only one who served us flawlessly at dinner.
But one day he had a day off 😀
The night before, the waiter - the girl just ignored us, about the request to clean the table - gathered napkins and retreated. We asked for the dishes and drinks from another waiter, who nodded and went back with other drinks to other guests!
Dear managers, this is not even 2⭐ this is rudeness and not respect!
Today at breakfast, at my request to set the table, tablecloths were thrown to us - and this became the point of my patience.
I've had scandals with foreign guys several times - on the same issue.
There is enough food and at every step - we did not find seafood, fruits, ice cream and drinks. I can't say that by 5⭐
Delicious desserts! Unfortunately, I got caught in the cream of one of the desserts of the hair, but even that I did not advertise!
And I want to thank the girl at the pool bar - always polite and smiling! I wish you more such professional staff!
The sun beds and the pool area are always clean!
Entertainment - a huge number of slides for children of all ages. The guys are rescuers - they always keep order and children! Respect. We are not fans of walking at the show, we were on the same bike.
Once we forgot our things by the pool - I also thank the staff and the work manager Violetta. We found everything.
I know what the Luxury level is. And you have to raise and train your staff before him . The service is positioned here - it does not exist.
I am a very loyal guest, but this attitude even threw me into confusion and completely spoiled the impression.
I wish the management staff to train their employees to avoid such cases!

The beach is ordinary, sandy smooth entrance to the sea. The beach has all the equipment, food, snacks, drinks, ice cream. The main charm is in the hotel grounds. There is a place and entertainment for everyone according to their preferences. There are food courts, cafes, bars. A kids club and an insanely large and beautiful swimming pool, a Maldivian beach +18, and a water park. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite. We liked it, we'll go again. For 5 days and 6 nights 2 adults+ child 9 years old. 1117 thousand rubles. Definitely worth the money. Good price. We advise you!

For the young, those without children, there is nothing to do here. Who wants to party and brag, you will die of boredom here! Saturday at 12 o'clock, live music closed, the only place that worked. The programs are usually not bad, but until 10 p.m., today is Saturday, we expected something waaauh! But it turned out to be a parasha of pure water. I came to solve the issue of rest at the reception: no one can help! A 5-star 24-hour hotel at night, in the evening can't solve anything. Since everyone is already asleep at home. There is also not a single nightclub in Belek itself. We need to go to Antalya. The prices for clothes and transport bend such that it is clearly cheaper not to come here at all. In general, the hotel is for 60+. Well, or for families with children who go to bed at 11 and do not want to come off. I strongly advise young couples not to visit this beautiful hotel. Really vsk is good. Well, it's not like the first line of course, the beach is a hotel, transport goes constantly, without problems the beach is sand, a little pebbles and dirt. Frankly, I have never seen such dirty water on the sandy coast, next to a wasteland where the land and apparently the wind brought it into the sea. The pools are very clean and there are a lot of them. You will never stay hungry anywhere . Alcohol is of high quality , like Balantines in whiskey is present . But no more. The staff is good. The hotel is really cool, but not for party people. Shopping first, half a lot is taken either in fur -leather or jewelry, in furs a fur coat costs 15 thousand greens . But it seems that they expected to buy cheaper than in Russia, and then they took them to the mall Antalya. Kaymak has always eaten in the Volgograd region and thought that he was local, there is also kaymak here, Everything is very diverse and healthy! The only thing is, I didn't eat cakes and sweets, I can't tell you anything about them, it's probably delicious. (I had a terrible sweet tooth before and didn't eat sweets intentionally).
