An excellent hotel with excellent infrastructure, the rooms have everything you need.Clean bed linen, a wonderful mattress, slept like at home. The hotel receptionist is always happy to help.Since the check-in was late, the girls from the restaurant offered food to the room , which made us very happy. I recommend this place to everyone, we will stop again.

3. On the floor there is a titanium with hot water, a microwave oven.
Minuses:
1. The shower drain did not work.
2. a small, terribly uncomfortable bathroom.
3. they refused to feed in the restaurant on the ground floor. I had to take a taxi to another place tired in the evening.
4. it is decently removed from the main building of the city, it is impossible to reach the nearest store on foot.

Great hotel. The room is simply gorgeous. The price is consistent. Clean, cozy, homely. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. The photo corresponds to reality. Thanks for checking in late at 2 a.m., the admin was there and didn't lie that the room was warm, it was 30, but I couldn't sleep. I try not to write negative reviews, so as not to add to the wide ranks of critics. But here I will have to become objective so that you don't get into unpleasant situations either.
My friends and I were at the Grand restaurant on 03/14/24. The location from Orsha at the exit to the highway to Russia is convenient. We decided to go in, the hall is in the style of the late nineties, the furniture is sad, tablecloths with holes, but THE RESTAURANT. We laughed and decided that it was an entourage...
It turned out that we were wrong-everything is sad here🤔
Starting with a salad that vaguely resembled Caesar, but it was still edible. Then there is more-a hodgepodge with only pickles and also seasoned with sourness - I think vinegar; there was no meat in the pot, potatoes, however, were not spared... The pancakes were floating in oil, but the meat side dish to them was clearly from the remains of the banquet, really all that was left:meat, mushrooms, some sausage trimmings, offal and stale onions...
Meat with prunes turned out to be just rotten!
The receptionist tried to invite the cook to us, but alas, the hero of the day, who spoiled our impression of Orsha, did not appear ...
To the administrator's credit, this was excluded from the receipt and without conflict, apparently, the phenomenon is common and ordinary here.
Run around, go around and go around the Grand restaurant a mile away!!!

The hotel is ordinary . Everything is fine in the rooms. There are rooms with or without amenities. There is one toilet and one shower for everyone. The price of the issue on January 14, 2023, a room without amenities is 40 rubles, and with amenities 100 rubles is white. The receptionist tried very hard to persuade me to stay with them, showed me all the rooms. They are clean and nice. Even in a public toilet with a shower, everything is fine. But the price is very high. I tried to drive to another place, where the price is 50 rubles white. I took off 1 com. A room with all amenities.

The rooms are large (I had a suite), bright, the street is quiet, but in the rooms themselves the audibility is very high. the room is warm, although the bathroom has very cold floors, disposable slippers are not offered to guests, so think about them yourself in advance. the hotel is located 15-20 minutes away from the city of Orsha, breakfast is not included, but you can buy water and snacks at the reception, or you can warm up homemade pancakes (delicious).

The cooking is just disgusting , besides it takes a very long time . They forget to report something to the order, they have to ask it forever! UNREASONABLY EXPENSIVE! THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING!!! If you ask for a takeaway, you get a hot meal in a plastic melted dish! In general , avoid it if it 's important to you what you eat 🙏
