Designer Svetlana brought all our wishes to life and helped us choose the perfect combination of colors and materials. Alexander, the collector, assembled everything very efficiently, quickly and accurately. Director Andrey gave competent and necessary advice on technical issues, and also helped in their solution. We ordered facades for the kitchen here. At first, communication was normal, but then, when we arrived to sign the contract, everything did not go according to plan. My question on a technical topic caused an aggressive reaction from the owner of this salon. At the same time, no one had ever conducted a dialogue with him before, the whole conversation was with the manager. But he got into the conversation, began to explain something, did not let me insert a word, and then abruptly switched to "you" and began to be rude. I especially remember his words "I'm the owner, I'm going to throw you out of the salon" (my wife and I were alone). Since we have already spent almost two hours there (it takes so long to conclude a contract and draw facades in the program), we still made an order. Even when the facades were brought, I can say that the quality of the facades themselves is satisfactory, although it did not turn out exactly what we expected (facades for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room turned out to be of different thicknesses). Conclusion: the impressions of the service are terrible, we will not order anything else here.
