The hotel is not bad, but not 4*.
Meals for 3, meat is mainly chicken. But everything is delicious. The dinner time was changed from 6 to 8, which is inconvenient.
The rooms are well cleaned, the rooms are large, bright, minus - the cards that turn on the light are very slow.
The location of the hotel is not bad, the beaches nearby are all clean.
The territory of the hotel is small, well maintained and very green! Seals are running, there are a lot of them, they do not interfere with rest in any way!

The so-called animator, whose behavior is disgusting, began to spoil the rest from the first day.
Animation in the hotel -100.
He doesn't do anything, if you ask where the animation is, he will say that you are an alcoholic and he doesn't care.
Openly offends people (mostly Russians). He is an absolute poseur, he goes out at the expense of demonstrative screams at Russians in front of all vacationers. From the second day of rest, we took the position "don't need any animation, just don't come near us," so when he saw us, he started saying all sorts of nasty things to everyone. It's good that our open people ended up being friends against him all together.

A good hotel, they usually feed, but not for 4 stars, you will definitely find something to eat)) It is located ~ 4km from the center of Alanya, we walked to the center in 40 minutes. There is no beach of its own, this is a minus, but if you walk towards the center you will find a beach with cut-down slabs, opposite the Monart hotel🤗
Regarding the animator, everything is sad here, they are too actively inviting to the disco, it costs 1000 rubles if you transfer to ours, which in fact, as we learned, you can go to for free, pistachios and fruits were promised at the disco, as a result they gave peanuts…

We had a rest in Grand Alice for the second year in a row.
In 2023, the hotel was called Royalisa. We were absolutely delighted, so we went back to it.
But the owner of the hotel has changed, there have been many changes.
Of the advantages:
-There are toilets by the pool (with a child, you do not need to run across the entire hotel to the reception from the pool);
-Changing booths have appeared near the shower in the pool area.
- Irina and Tyson are still working on the way to the beach, who will pick up an excursion and help save money.
Of the cons:
-Surcharge for a room with a sea view is 35 euros per day (we did not pay extra);
- We were accommodated with a view of the mountains and the school on the second floor (roosters crow every morning from 5:30 a.m., the mosque calls for prayer, a very noisy and busy street);
- On the very first day, they met a cockroach in the bathroom, contacted the reception, to which they received the answer: "So what, I have cockroaches at home too";
- The food has become simply unbearable, we are not picky about food, but meat and poultry are in trouble.… In the evening, fish, chicken or turkey fillets were always grilled, but at lunch they served chickpeas, beans, soy meatballs and soy patties, and one dish of turkey thigh fillet…
