Polite security, but the elevators leave much to be desired.
After all, this is a business center.
I was impressed several times, but there were no special impressions left.
The building is old, the air conditioners don't work, the administration doesn't do anything, I worked at different times in this building in two different companies when I worked in the first company, once in this business center the roof leaked from a downpour, there was just a flood in the lobby 😂
I can't say anything about the whole center. The foreign Citizens service center of Freedom Finance Bank is located on the ground floor. It's not a full-fledged office yet, but it's moving towards that. There is a coffee machine and a toilet in the lobby of the center, which is valuable
I was at the first one in the freedom bank, which is for foreigners. Apart from the fact that there are almost no places to wait and the rush of people to open an account is now high, then maybe the norm.
It's terrible, it's very cold in winter! Local electricians are not allowed to turn on the heaters because it knocks out the light. Yes, in general, even without this, the light often turns off...
The business center is not super class, a lot of things are just falling apart, although something is constantly being repaired. The movement system is not clear, since there are no other ladders besides the fire escape. But of course there are elevators. In general, the contingent of companies is normal, but there are also dubious tenants who invite a lot of young people, most often not well-mannered. Toilets in the business center are a separate topic, plumbing is constantly suffering. In general, it is possible to work, but some things are frankly annoying.
Mediocre service, the roof runs in the rain, it blows strongly from the windows, it's cold in winter. The appearance does not correspond to the inner content.
