The hotel is not bad. The hotel has a 50-meter swimming pool from 7 to 22 p.m. opening hours. Which is convenient. You can swim in the morning or relax in the evening. The rooms are not bad. But the elevator was broken during our arrival. The rooms are cleaned, but they forget to change towels or bring toilet paper. I have to remind you more than once. There are young guys at the reception. Breakfast buffet. Lots of fruits. There is a large supermarket and a fruit market near the hotel. It takes 15-20 minutes by taxi to the center. Taxis are not expensive

It looks like a pretty decent hotel, good photos. You can even use the pool. But in fact, the water in the pool is green, no one cleans it. But your pool is formed in the bathroom - the shower is made so that a huge amount of water pours onto the floor. And since the rooms are not cleaned every day, it turns out that you will have to go to the toilet or wash yourself on a very damp floor. And no slippers and foot towels will save you)
The food at breakfast is always cold, even at 8 come, even at 10. To see it hot only at 7 a.m. they spread it.
The only plus is the receptionists at the reception - they will always prompt and help

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and cozy room. Plus, there is a large swimming pool. A good breakfast, a choice for every taste. There is a wonderful recreation park nearby, many attractions for children and adults. The metro station is within walking distance. We have been staying here for the second year. I like everything.

I didn't really like this place, the light is working too much, towels were not reported, there is a kettle, but there are no cups.
The water is terrible, very hard and not pleasant. Plumbing needs to be repaired or at least cleaned of plaque. It smells damp and rotten.
The door slammed shut and didn't open for 20 minutes.
I don't recommend it, you can find better rooms with this price tag.

The rooms are in need of renovation. We booked two rooms, one is slightly better, and guests are not allowed in the second one at all. The breakfasts are good for this level of the hotel. I added the star precisely because of the breakfasts. Anyway, thanks for the hospitality.

The breakfasts are normal. The pool is green. The rooms are large, but they don't bother with repairs, if something falls off, it always stays that way. There are no hydraulic seals at the sinks, the smell can be compensated by constantly turned on ventilation, an open window, a plate covering the drain. One night, around 2 a.m., the sign was changed using a puncher, the receptionist said that the work would be completed soon, direct rough communication with the builders helped. Something like this.

Disgusting! I do not recommend it! The hotel rooms are very shabby, the same bed, and the bathroom is so very ancient and not very neat. The air conditioner in the room did not work, in order to move to another room, they gathered a whole "council" of managers who did not speak Russian, but regularly poked at the buttons of the air conditioner remote control and assured that it was blowing.... apparently, there was no understanding that it should not blow but cool. Only fruits were delicious at breakfast. Everything else is beyond variety, cooked poorly and served cold. I was counting on the pool. He didn't work during our stay. They pumped water out of it to clean it, because it was green. A crowd of boys were cleaning with brushes. To bring the pool to such a state, this is what kind of negligence should be both in relation to property and, most importantly, to people. So there are no funds needed for public pools. Swimming in it.... It doesn't seem safe to me. The location is not the center. Thus, I did not see the advantages of this hotel.

Nice hotel near the center
The hotel is quite conveniently located, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the metro, taxis around the city are cheap, I took them here just so that it was convenient to travel from and to both stations on trips to other cities and from the airport. The rooms are good, the breakfasts are varied and delicious, the water was put on, you can leave your luggage for storage. If you go for a long time, you could visit the gym and the pool when it's hot (in my days it was closed and there was no time for the pool).

The room is tired. 1 hand towel for two. There were no bath towels. The linen is clean and white. There was no toilet paper. I applied 3 times - a dead number. The next day, a lazy administrator came across, we went with him to get paper. There was no cleaning in 3 days. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The pool is public and clean. The entrance is free for guests, but through shared showers and changing rooms.

The hotel is for 4! We stayed with our family, mainly to spend the night, because we spent the whole day walking around the city with our family! Our standard room had one double bed and the other room had 2 beds for children! There was also an old smart TV with Internet access in the children's room! The room is also equipped with a safe, a round table with a kettle and a refrigerator! The renovation of the early 2000s is generally fine if you only need to spend the night! The staff is helpful and always ready to help! Breakfast was included in the room rate. There were no special delights for breakfast, there were porridge, eggs, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, etc! I really liked that there is a swimming pool on site, I think that in summer it is a very big plus! The location is good, the hotel is not on the roadway, but in the courtyards, it's quiet in the evening! There are shops, a market and many cafes near the hotel!

Definitely not recommended!!! A very noisy hotel. The entrance courtyard. Disgusting bathrooms, unwashed linen and towels. A meager breakfast. A broken coffee machine. Old furniture and hard mattresses . The doors close with such a noise that the whole floor wakes up. They don't keep order. The TV remote control does not work... I liked the hotel, the location is excellent, near the market, shops, many cafes and restaurants, not far from a great park. The breakfasts are delicious, lots of fruits, but the eggs are only boiled. The pool is large and clean. The rooms are not big, but clean. Everything is there for a comfortable stay.

The impression of the hotel is not unambiguous . In fact, I was at the hotel 2 times . The first time there were VERY serious problems with the staff, but in fact the hotel management took action and the issue was resolved. The advantage of the hotel is that an outdoor pool is open during the season, a normal breakfast with coffee. Good location , there are shops , pharmacies , banks nearby , not far from the metro . The rooms require partial repairs, but the plumbing is still working properly. Beds with comfortable mattresses ("not boards"), air conditioners are working properly. The water is hot/cold without problems.
