Not a bad hotel. Food for 10 points, a large selection, there are Russian dishes, pancakes, etc., the chefs are doing their best! From inexpensive hotels, this is a good choice. I advise you to move into block A (main).
The only disadvantage is the organization of a Tez tour, which here rips off a lot of money, offering to buy jackets in the Bizon store for 3,000 euros;)))), as well as on the way from the airport, the transfer takes you to the parking lot, where the prices are 500 rubles per pie;)))) - this is open arrogance .

Gentlemen, don't go to this hotel.
Air conditioners out of the 4 rooms offered, one turned out to be serviceable.
You can't eat fish. We got together.

Blankets in the rooms are equal.
The food is meager from fruits oranges, plums, yayulok, melon, watermelon.
Hot meals are pasta, or mashed potatoes. Meat nuggets or cutlets like nuggets, only bigger. The sausage is plastic, it is not clear what it is made of. The food is not tasty, but there is something to eat. Salads, cucumbers and tomatoes and some kind of mash on sour cream. All the reviews are true and really inadequate.
Just buy enterosorbents and antipyretics before the trip. Everything except antibiotics can be purchased at the nearby pharmacy right behind the hotel, which is convenient. You will have to fan for a couple of days, but you will lose weight, ibuklin knocks down the temperature, take it too. Be sure to read the medical insurance terms well. And if you choose this hotel, don't count on alcohol too much. From alcohol, red wine-white vodka and beer.

I put 2 because this is a 2 - star hotel and not 4 as the owner claims. We took an all -inclusive apartment with a sea view . For some reason , we were given a corner room with a wall where the plaster fell off and dirty bed linen . I don 't even want to think about towels . Of course , we asked them to relocate us and so on . Finally we were given a room with a sea view , but again with a bloody bed and stained towels . Of course they were upset , they were in no mood . We decided to continue looking for a hotel . Then we slept and decided not to spoil the mood to go further. But the beach is opposite , we thought and went to it . And it 's like Silent Hill , I don 't even know how to describe it . Sun beds are like garbage cans , I haven 't even seen abandoned sun beds in my life , but now I know what they look like . Dirty beach . WiFi is paid , you pay by the day . The only thing is that you will not stay hungry . There is food for this separate ball . But that 's it . Alcohol is also nonsense . If we had taken three stars , then there probably would have been no questions .. Although the people who were there with us said that three stars is not so terrible . But honestly, if you like a good vacation, then you are not here. They were taken for 8 days for 110 at the end of August . I don't think it's cheap enough to rest in 2 or 3 stars. The first trip to Turkey with children, we stayed at this hotel.
The first line of the coast, it seems like shops are nearby. And that's it.

We stayed here. In principle, it's fine, but there were some drawbacks, but we expected more. The food tastes good to everyone, but we could serve a more varied menu. There is a slide and two pools - for children and adults. There are generally a couple of steps to the sea, through an underground tunnel, and there is no bar on the beach, although you can go to the bar by the pool, but it is not convenient.
The Internet is paid, if you connect it, then be prepared for the fact that it will slow down from time to time, or even disappear in some places of the hotel.
The staff is normal, but I personally was a little stressed..
Room cleaning every day, the hotel itself is generally cleaned all the time, tables, floors are washed, the pool is disinfected, etc.
In general, at first we had a problem with hot water in our room, which was not there for some time until they told us about it, as well as the light on the balcony did not work and there was no trash in the room itself, and there were no clothes hangers in the closet and there were no children's channels in Russian, which upset my my younger sister.

The hotel does not match the description. There is no service. From the first day of check-in, I asked to turn on the light bulb, they came from the reception 2 times! Watch. As a result, the day before departure, they asked with a grin, "What's Nat's light bulb? " Room cleaning ends with a trash can, when asked to wipe the floor with a wet cloth, because the child is allergic and he constantly sneezes, they replied that she was allergic too. By the way, cleaning at 14.00, when you are exactly in the room, when asked to come at another time, we considered how not to clean. The food is very specific, the variety comes down to the fact that there are many plates, but they are the same. There is a pool bar with disgusting wine and beer + cola, sprite and coffee (when I asked that the hotel reviews had completely different information, they replied do not believe it!). The only plus is the road to the beach, there is a descent to the underpass near the bar and you are on the beach.

When buying a tour, the tour operator talked about the comfortable life in this hotel.But upon arrival at this hotel, we faced some problems. 1) The Internet was very slow for a fee, it did not load in the rooms at all, and after a while it turned off altogether.2) the dishes in the dining room were very scarce. 3) The coffee machine and tea were only in the morning and there was not always milk in the coffee machine. 4) The dishes in the dining room are all chipped, it is unpleasant to eat from such dishes. 5) They promised a mini-bar with drinks and water in the room, but as it turned out there was nothing at all and it was not replenished during the week of our stay, there was no kettle and glasses of tea in the room, the bathroom was covered in yellow plaque.
The mini-bar by the pool upset me so much, from the variety of drinks there was only beer, several types of sodas in 0.2 cups, as well as two types of wine.
For a 4-star hotel, it does not pull a maximum of 3 or even less, I do not recommend this hotel!!!!

The hotel has deteriorated very much after the pandemic, it does not pull for 4 *, a maximum of 2 *. The Internet is paid, the food is sooooo meager, only beer and wine are made from alcohol. I was here three times before the pandemic, it was much better. Plus, the sea is nearby, room cleaning every day, polite staff. If the hotel doesn't change and become the same as before, I won't come here anymore. I was completely disappointed in this hotel.
