Our son (3.5 years old) sometimes stayed with you in tears, but only now, in winter, he was able to tell you what was happening to him. It turned out that he was locked in the toilet "until he calms down." Imagine this: a small child alone, in a confined space, in fear and despair, calling for daddy…
You work with children. Your families trust you. But after that, it's a shame.

A cool cafe with a large and varied playground for children of different ages. Very beautiful interior, lots of toys. There is a dry pool, slides, rope, trampoline, climbing wall and a billion more. There is a separate room for birthdays. You can eat and have fun. The photos turned out great 😍

We have been visiting this game room regularly for several months now. We became regular customers and once again came here on September 17, immediately after the opening, at 10 a.m.
Unfortunately, our stay in the playroom was short—lived - only 18 minutes, because a mother entered the playroom with a child who was coughing and sniffing violently. Unfortunately, the employees did not pay attention to this.
The mother and the child easily walked to their table. The boy ran up to us to say hello.
I turned to the staff, the e office told her that we were leaving because of a coughing child. She replied: "Where should I go? They won't take him to kindergarten."
After we got out of there, we watched what was happening for a while. Perhaps the situation will change, and this woman and her child will be asked to leave. But this did not happen.
It is up to you to decide whether you are ready to expose your child to the risk of infection in such conditions. I don't plan to visit this place anymore.

They came, played around, got ready to leave and found that one of the shoes was missing.
There was no time to look at the cameras and figure out who took it from the administrator and the director. Let's go home with the baby in our arms without one shoe. They didn't call back 5 hours later. We called back ourselves, the administrator politely asked us to come and pick up the shoe (we live on novaya Borovaya), which was accidentally taken away by other parents. As a result, we agreed that we would call a courier to pick up our shoe at our own expense. Thank you, very customer-oriented.

We visited this center for the first time. CHAOS: there are many colors, there is no one scale, the eye cannot concentrate; it is noisy, you have to speak loudly and strain to hear! The floor is cold! Very! And it's already autumn. There is a mess in the cafe area, as well as in the game area. It is very difficult to find a toy, everything is scattered! Of course, this is just my opinion!!!! I don't impose it on anyone, but it was uncomfortable for my family!

We visit this place during the year. The child likes everything, the girls working there are always polite, but the last time our visit lasted 15-20 minutes. There was an event in the VIP room and the staff was apparently busy there. As a result, the common room was very messy, as the toys were not cleaned at all. Loud music was coming from the VIP room, while a melody was playing in the common room. All this created an unpleasant noise in the a priori non-expensive children's space. At the same time, some guests (parents) behaved too relaxed and just lay on the shared sofa, which was also slightly annoying (this is, of course, not the fault of the staff, but the sediment remained).
Conclusion: it is better not to go there on weekends.

I'm writing a forgotten review. I'm writing for one person. We were there last Saturday. At the entrance, a girl met me, if memory serves, Lera (Vera) . The first person she turned to was our baby. Immediately, a cute high chair appeared in his hands and help was offered in changing clothes. But these are still flowers. Aerobatics is when, at our request, she explained to our daughter in just half a minute (who refused to leave for the cut) that the time was over and took her off the children's slide in her arms and brought her to the wardrobe.The child dressed calmly without whims and we went home. I'm just taking my hat off! Of the little things for the management, if they called themselves the "Grand Suite", change the Dobrush porcelain at least to IKEA. I have nothing against this manufacturer. For your money, 11 out of 10. But you're just like the Grand Suite. The food is so homemade that the lumps in the mashed soup are perceived not as a bug but as a feature))). P.S. We will definitely come again.
