Great condo. Rent an apartment of two rooms (bedroom and living room with kitchen) from 12 to 18 thousand baht per month, depending on the season and location. Near the bus station, the market, good grocery stores in a couple of minutes on foot. It stands right on the road with a shuttle bus (tuk-tuk), so in both directions, that to the beach, that to the city center can be reached in 5 minutes. Nice condo, clean, quiet. For some reason, the jets at the children's pool and the highly chlorinated water in the Jacuzzi always do not work, it is worth turning on and starts eating eyes. One of the guards at the big pool is constantly shouting at everyone, it's hard to understand why you can't do this or that. Well, sewage often smells on the floors and in the rooms, this is the trouble of all hot countries, they really want a lot of money, but they don't want to do anything at the same time.
Good friendly security at the entrance. There are water vending machines on site. There are no elevators in the cabins or the fans are not working properly. And in general, the condo is not dead, there is something to compare it with. Near Russian street, bus station, food Mart store
