Positive:
1. The hotel is in the center, everything is nearby.
2. Responsive employees.
3 Delicious breakfast.
4. Everything is new.
Minuses:
1. There is no elevator.
2. The chiller system is too noisy.
3. There is no bench on the street.
4. The wall is too thin and there is no sound insulation. The neighbor next to me was just talking. Everything in my room is clear.
5. There is no refrigerator in the room.

We booked a standard room for our supervisor on 19-20.08.2024
The staff is very responsive and customer-oriented.
There were special circumstances, it was necessary to leave at 5:30 in the morning for another city, we just asked the administrator if it was possible to organize some minor snack in the morning. The guys packed a small breakfast for the boss in the box. It was very hospitable.
I will command everyone!
The hotel is new, small rooms, but clean and tidy.

It seems to be one of the nicest hotels…
However, it is still new ... as I was told, it was opened not long ago and I will honestly say it affects the conversation and the actions of the staff (but this is not a complaint at all - not at all ) but it's only a matter of time and experience)
Breakfast / responsiveness / rooms - everything is fine ... I recommend it for the summer of 2024)))
