It's a great place. We stayed for a week in Bereza, visited many times. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere with taste, children's play area.
The dishes are delicious, the prices are reasonable! I liked the pasta with seafood, salad with duck-very much! You can also have lunch, tasty, fast and inexpensive.
Desserts are above all praise! The pastry chef has simply golden hands, a gorgeous variety, one cake is better than another!
A lot of foreigners were constantly seen in the restaurant, the menu lacks the English version)

The impression of the director of the institution remained disgusting, all prices are taken from the ceiling. When discussing prices, there was one amount, when paying much more, Rude administrators. Water with lemon and mint in my understanding, this is transparent water with pieces of lemon and mint, and there is just yellow water with sugar, and there is a lot of it, the price is 3 rubles per 1 liter. The laying of products in lemon water and cooking technology has been disrupted. The cheese plate is generally a decorated theme , the cheese was cut like an olivier salad. The sausage cut was ruined. The portion yield does not correspond to the grams stated in the menu. I advise you to think a hundred times before celebrating an event there. The prosecutor's office is probably going through the wrong doors.

It's a terrible place! The staff is not qualified, rude. At the bar, the bartender girl does not know and does not know how to use and handle bar equipment. Waiting for an order at the bar is 20 minutes. Whiskey and Coke were waiting for 20 minutes, provided that there were a maximum of 15 people in the establishment. They don't top up! You order 100 ml, they will pour 70, of course they will pay for 100. Dishes and accessories on the bar are not washed, they are wiped with a regular napkin, most likely there is simply no sink (PLEASE NOTE the SES).
The institution does not check documents, minor children have fun and drink alcohol, and then shout under the club, what good fellows they are that they were allowed into the GRAND without a passport!
Security is generally a separate story. There's a fight on the dance floor, and security guards are on their phones, someone is watching from the sidelines, grinning.
The impression of visiting this institution is the most negative and terrible.

We celebrated Mom's birthday on March 9 (and March 8, of course, at the same time) . Everything was fine, the menu was discussed in advance with the administrator Oksana, an absolute professional in her field: pleasant appearance, competent speech, friendliness, attentiveness, guided us on dishes and prices literally within 15 minutes. With smiles and good day wishes to each other, we parted.
On March 9, the day of the event, we were especially pleased that Oksana was the one who met us and took us to the table at the end of the hall, where exactly a year ago we celebrated our mother's Anniversary. And everything was fine at first. Of course, I will not express an opinion about the contingent and about the level of their behavior and musical tastes, and the "Grand" certainly has nothing to do with it, but!!!!! When all these "great performers" started singing their low-grade songs at the top of their lungs, hell broke loose. The speakers were hanging on the wall right above the table!!!!!! And even the wonderful presenter was hard to listen to. To say that we are deaf is to say nothing! Conclusion. Everything is fine. The service, the hall, the kitchen, but the administrators clearly "missed" this moment. If someone plans an event there, I strongly recommend specifying where the speakers will be, so as not to spoil your evening, as, alas, happened with us.

We decided to order a song and the "DJ" said that the cost of ordering one song was 100 bel. rubles!!!!!!!! Apparently, he decided to make money on "non-locals". But a relative came up to him and said that he knows how much it costs, and this wonderful "DJ" said, "Oh, sorry, that's 20 rubles." These are the wonderful employees in this institution)))))))))))))))))

A wonderful place in our small town! Here you can have a delicious lunch, drink delicious coffee in a cozy coffee shop! I really like that there is a large selection of confectionery products and natural ingredients everywhere. On the 2nd floor there are 2 large halls! You can spend your holiday in the banquet hall, I'm already looking for this hall for my wedding! A very beautiful, bright and modern hall.

We celebrated Mom's anniversary here. What can I say: the kitchen is on top. What didn't work out for the holiday, we tried at home the next day. There were a lot of dishes prepared: beef, duck, apparently chicken in bacon, salads, appetizer with caviar and red fish - I don't remember everything. Thanks to the guys who cook like at home and special thanks to Angelina. The girl who plowed from start to finish. Thank you to her for her timeliness, dedication, help and good mood. Thanks to such employees, the holiday is possible.

To begin with, the number of waiters/cashiers/bartenders is probably overestimated by the number of guests on the floor. We stopped in this town before reaching Brest. We decided to have dinner at this place. The cafe ordered pancakes and chicken with cheese. After 45 minutes of waiting, I asked at the bar: "What exactly happened to my order?" The girls and boys fussed, sent a messenger to the kitchen and after 50 minutes of waiting, we received our already cooled order. Apparently, the functionality is not prescribed, the waiters are not defined, everyone is fussing about something, but there is no sense. I do not recommend visiting. Although in Birch you will have a very poor choice.

Самым ужасным решением за всё время было выбрать это место для отдыха. Не успев пройти за свои места , к нам с входа посыпались претензии касающиеся внешнего вида , хотя через некоторое время пускали кого попало и в чём попало. Пройдя за свои места мы ужаснулись с того на сколько грязные были бокалы и стаканы находившиеся в разводах и помаде. Спустя минут 15 персонал просто не давал нам спокойствия , постоянные косые взгляды. Администратора вообще никак не научили общаться с гостями , грубо , по хамски пришла разрешать конфликт , на девушке не было бейджика, девушка не поздоровалась не представилась , сразу начала нас обвинять даже не спросив что произошло , после долгих дискуссий нам поступил ответ что никто из персонала не будет разрешать данный конфликт и оставят так как есть , у охраны явные проблемы со счётом , с нашего столика хотел выгнать 4 человек после проверки паспорта , после того как ему было сказано что эти люди совершеннолетние мужчина сказал показать паспорта ещё раз и толко спустя пару минут сумел выяснить сколько кому лет. В середине всей дискотеки когда 2 мужчины начали себя вести совсем неадекватно, охрана просто стояла и смотрела после чего просто ушли , а мужчины так и продолжили себя так вести.
Что касается блюд , кухни и сервировки стола.
На столе не находились сольнички , перечницы и зубочистки. Все приборы были жирные и грязные , официант приборы не менял , даже после просьбы этого не сделали , грязные салфетки со стола убраны не были , пустые тарелки тоже , только после того как мы САМИ всё сложили и убрали дай бог с второго раза это убрали , мясо было жёсткое , холодное , хотя перед тем как принести официант сказала что оно только готовится. Что то было слишком соленное , а что то не солёное вообще.
Музвка играла постоянно по кругу , как будто у диджея было просто 5 песен на всю дискотрку.

The prepayment is 40% of the order.
Today is the 11th and upon arrival we were informed that we were in line for 15 and there were no places. There are seats in another hall. Okay, then we tried to find out where we could be seated, the receptionist said she didn't know where the seating would be at all. (40% of the advance payment, which is not returned, in which case, with 17 people, not a small amount comes out and I want to at least understand whether we are satisfied with the seating in the hall, if this has already happened)
Then the director of the club offered us seats on the dance floor, well, such a convenience for this money, when you will constantly walk behind your back and people come out, and for the same money that people sit in comfort. There will be no disco, as explained to us, but please pay 5 rubles for music per person, it turns out to be interesting. The end of the day and everyone is tired is understandable, but it was possible to approach and find an alternative, we were interested in this, but the institution does not need its customers, we are not so different. Quantity, not quality, is above all in this institution.

Остался крайне недоволен! Заказали кальян и чайничек. Кальянщица даже не удосужилась поменять уголь она просто ушла по всей видимости домой. При оплате нам его еще и посчитали как премиум. При разговоре с кассиром оказывается менять угли должен был чуть ни я сам. Заказали еще чайник, но почему то сахар даже не принесли, но при этом ложечки были. Все это оставило плохое впечатление о заведении. Не рекомендую! Ставлю заслуженную одну звезду.

Ужасная кухня! Лимонад - это сок со льдом, второй лимонад - вода с сиропом + лед!
Из двух пирожных - одно сносное, второе как из самого дешевого магазина! Пришли только из за того что интерьер нормальный - альтернатив в городе нет!
Поменяйте шеф повара или поработайте над меню! СРОЧНО!

Кафе, постоянно там свадьбы. Мастерская по ремонту всего бытового и оргтехники, заправка картриджей, качество хорошее, богатая аптека, чуть подальше водогазосантехника, серьёзные ребята, сами обслуживают котлы. Ещё чуть дальше инструмент, котлы РБ, ремонт пылесосов и профимагаз для садоводов.
