A new modern hotel, the kitchen is just a fire, the dinners are just a cannon! The kitchen is all very tasty, the rooms are new, cleaning is regular. The Russian-speaking staff is always present! A good five for me

We were at this hotel in April 2023. Wonderful hotel, convenient location, within walking distance of the metro station and Mall of Emirates shopping center. The area is not pretty, the windows of the room look at another hotel, but in terms of distance to the main attractions, it is excellent, 15-30 minutes by taxi. The beach is 15 minutes away by bus (there is a shuttle from the hotel 2 times a day there and once back) or taxi. The nearest beach is Kite Beach-wonderful, clean, the infrastructure is all there. We had a two-room room-huge, even unnecessarily, two bathrooms. Pretty fresh renovation and furniture. The only thing that could be improved was to iron the tulle and curtains, but that's if you find fault. Cleaned efficiently every day. Meals were served twice a day. Breakfast and dinner are luxurious, everyone will be able to find food to their liking. There are 29 types of desserts for dinner alone. The hotel staff is smiling, polite, a lot of Russian-speaking girls. The rooftop pool is not the biggest, but it is good, there are enough sun beds.

Good afternoon. The hotel is great! There were some problems during the rest. They solved it promptly, but not through the reception, they can't solve anything there, not a single issue without a manager. Most of all, the Russian-speaking staff works, the girl only put obstacles in our way near the restaurant and on the 7th floor Daria does not seem to be herself at all. She talked to us in English for two days, we also discussed with her why she does not speak Russian, she is Daria. Russian Russian. On the third day, I saw her explaining something to someone, I went up to her and asked why she pretended that she did not speak Russian. She just stood there smiling stupidly. Well, she's really probably very stupid. And near the restaurant, the girl was asked a question about our insurance, the girl was injured. She said: "Your Russian insurance is valid only in Turkey and Egypt. "And then it turned out that the insurance was valid and the full examination was done in a good nearby clinic. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, we always met halfway, thanks to the manager in the chat who solved our question. The food is great, but not the dinners.

The hotel made a bad impression, upon check-in they asked for a quiet room, as a result they received a room on the 6th floor above which there is a swimming pool, the noise from which does not stop in the room all day. Olesya said at the reception that this was the first time they had heard about it, which was quite strange. And this despite the fact that it was a quiet room that was previously discussed. Very bad for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff is Russian-speaking, polite, they will always help, tell you what's what. The breakfasts are gorgeous, a very large assortment. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop pool is also good, the water is clean and odorless. Free transfer to two of the most popular beaches.

We got to the hotel according to reviews in our Big Trip, excellent service, food, everything is clean! The staff will help with any question! Families with children will have something to have fun with, the staff are very nice and chat with the kids, distract if they are naughty, clean condos and a mold-free bath! (which is very rare in general). The food is very diverse, the dinners are themed according to the cuisines of the world, even on limited meals there is a choice! A swimming pool, a separate lounge area for evening gatherings, fitness, spa and sauna, what else can you want in Dubai? Definitely recommend it👍

A lot of towels for all kinds of purposes, a shower cabin with multiple modes. For drying -a rope is pulled out over the bathroom at the chest height of a person, in an unusual place for us, it was not found immediately). The rooms are cleaned every day perfectly, the generals are very conscientious.
The restaurant seems small, it used to be crowded, but: every time you will be escorted to the table by a girl in a beautiful red suit. Dasha, a pleasant employee, accompanied us. It is very important not to look for a place yourself every time. And there was always Kristina in the restaurant itself - in my opinion, she represents the highest degree of benevolence and professionalism. She herself unobtrusively makes contact, and easily solves all the issues that arise. Her smile will always convince you that you are a welcome guest at this holiday). And the holiday will take place there in any case - the choice of dishes is large, everything is very tasty.

It's not 5 stars! Definitely! When booking, it was indicated that the rooms are non-smoking, in fact 1 of the rooms is smoked! The furniture is worn out. The pool is small and shallow, and there are few sun beds. There is a queue for breakfast, you have to wait at the entrance to the hall, and sometimes standing, because there are few chairs. The girls at the reception are nice, a lot of Russian speakers are a plus! The food is also a plus: it's quite varied and delicious! I really enjoyed the themed dinners!There is no territory, unfortunately, there are a lot of dirty unpaved places near the hotel, plus everything was dug up on the way to the Emirates Mall, but this is not a claim to the hotel. There are also a lot of Indians and Pakistanis on the streets. The area is so-so... definitely not going to this hotel anymore.

The hotel corresponds to the level of 5 stars in the Arabic classification. For Europe solid 4+ stars. Clean rooms, high-quality cleaning (This is not typical for Dubai), responsive staff, a lot of Russian-speaking employees, walking distance to the metro, there is a free bus to the beach and Moll Emirates.
Very good breakfasts and dinners, varied cuisine. Outdoor pool on the top floor with a view of the Burj AL Arab (Sail) and a magnificent sunset.

We rested at the hotel from 24.10 to 30.10
They settled with a small child in smoking rooms. The smell in the room was not great. But this is critical. Weathered. The road was a little noisy. But after they decomposed. I was already reluctant to ask for another number.
The hotel is new. Clean. Big. Light.
The pool is also nice on the roof. The children's pool did not work a couple of times, for some reason, but this did not prevent us from swimming in an adult with a baby.
The staff copes with their duties perfectly. There was force majeure, in the form of a fire alarm. The alarm was yelling at the whole hotel. Everyone was asleep, including the child, but I had to go out through the evacuation exit.
Coming to the reception, and not seeing any boiling water, we were confused. Like everything is fine, it should have been) could have announced that everything is fine and you need to stay in your seats.
Eviction at 12. Extended to 14 without additional payment.
From 15 to 18, the surcharge was about $ 140)) which was also confusing. Almost like for a whole day) well, we fortunately did not need an extension for a later time.
The rooms are generally large and comfortable. For a 5* hotel, I would like to see more bathroom accessories. For example, in Dubai there were 3* and even there were toothbrushes, shaving machines and all of these little things. Well, anyway, we carry everything with us)
The restaurant and the food are great! Met all expectations) the most beautiful themed dinners. But there was not enough seafood and fruit- mango) arzuby and melons are just too banal somehow) but delicious.
The choice is small, but there is always something to choose from. Even miraculously managed to feed the child)
We were waiting for Russian cuisine, but for some reason it never happened) well, it's not critical either.
If you went somewhere, only a taxi and the subway helped out. The metro is 3-5 minutes from the hotel. Mall Emirates 10-15 straight slowly. We went to Kite Beach on our own.
There are a lot of supermarkets nearby with everything you need and a bunch of different cafes.
I recommend the hotel. And probably would have come back here. Cozy and homey!)

A great hotel with a 5-plus service level. You will not have time to ask for something at the reception, but it has already been completed. A funny case was when we asked for a towel at the reception and after 3 minutes we went to the room and saw the staff standing at the door with the towel we requested. For those who do not know English, it is possible to communicate at the reception in Russian. The room was clean and tidy every day. The room is great, big. There is tea, coffee, and water in the room. The only thing that was missing was a normal towel rail to come from the beach and dry things. As for the food, the cook at the hotel is a magician - I have not seen such excellent quality and variety of dishes in most hotels. I was glad that the set changed every day and you could always choose a dish to your taste. At dinner, everything is traditionally except water for money, but this did not prevent you from enjoying the food in any way. A plus for a beach holiday is the hotel's provision of beach towels, umbrellas and its own bus to the beach. There is enough time to sunbathe, the beaches of jbr and kite beach with good white sand, clean and well maintained. The hotel pleased everyone and the vacation was great.
